I've used this app on various handsets and it constantly crashes , to the point that it's useless . Embarrassing.

Waste of money.Doesnt work. Spent hours trying. No support. People who made it took the money and ran.

Worthless bought it for deezer; back to Spotify I guess

Constantly crashes

The App crashes all the time, the buttons are not responsive. The internal "voice" with the "connected to your Wifi router" is not disabled, even when the checkbox is off. The whole Rocki, including the firmware, is imature. The Rocki makes a loud click in the speakers every time it is switched on. Not a convincing product at all.

I managed to make it work but it must get better.. the app is away from perfect and it has been more then an year now and no update for the app...

I followed the directions very carefully, and still had the same trouble as everyone else with the setup. Please don't buy Rocki.

Worst app ever. Period!

The app has the same bugs from inception making the device basically useless. DO NOT BUY THE ROCKI DEVICE. Update is worse, more freezes, inability to find the device and still doesn't work. Tech support is a joke. With a cheaper, but better chromecast why bother with an app that has more 1 star reviews than 5 stars.

I have the following issues. Pushing volume Icon or down volume key takes the volume to 0% When i go into to Album or Artist i just get a blank Screen and Cannot select song, and can't make Play List. the only way i can select songs to play is via the Allsongs Menu but if i select second song it will stop current song and start newly selected song putting it at top of list. Next song in play list will not play with out selecting it. After swiping song form/off Play list it comes back. Moving the order of songs doesn't work. Multi Room Sync is not working After pausing song on Lock Screen it starts form the beginning again The close X on Lock screen just restarts the song doesn't close App. The list goes on, very disappointing.

Great idea, but I won't buy it until it has support for Google Music, Tidal, and Plex (or some other local server platform).

This device and software had a lot of promise but multiple contacts via email support over the last couple of months have been unresponsive. The hardware failed in less than a year. Don't bother with this company. They'll leave you stranded if you require any sort of assistance other than FAQ's.

The app is crashing when I do the rocki setup, so it is useless.. luckily we can do the setup using a browser.. After initial setup spotify connect is working fine EDIT: adding 1 star as the app is overall working, except for the initial setup. It is a bit slow, and the navigation is not the best, but it does the job

'Connect' button after wifi passwoed does nothing... no error message, does not connect... does nothing. Useless.

Bought 2 thinking this was working but it isn't. When is it coming developer? I guess it isn't and we've all been duped.

In order to make this work, I have to disable the VPN on my phone. This is a tedious process and prevents me from using other applications. The Rocki app is still buggy even when it is "working." I have opted to not use the Rocki for now, but will try to check back in a while to see if there have been improvements.

This is major crapware. This device is suppose to be visible to spotify but I was never able to.

Very tricky to use. Google Chrome music just put Rocki on notice for death... Sound like google took what Rocki was offering and made it 100 times better. I think I am saying *good bye Rocki

Slow, crashes, does not quit properly, oh and the device seems to randomly drop off the network. I have give this almost a year of trial in the hope of a functioning product and still nowhere close. Stay away from this.

Very bad app i have a useless device no updates. Still very bad

Doesn't continually play songs set to play just plays one then stops. The volume control has a mind of its own. Its not user friendly at all you need a crystal ball to know what some of the symbols and function mean. Never was as bad on my Samsung but on my Sony this app is terrible!!! Takes me half hour just to get one song playing!

The worse app i installed yet.

Hardly works. Converted all my music to mp3 files and only a few work and only then after 10 mins of rebooting the Rocki. Not all the songs show up in the app. Glitches when trying to load menus. Haven't tried with a streaming service. Not sure if it's the apps fault or the firmware on the Rocki itself.

When will the multi play capability coming? It is mostly useless without it! Rocki announces everywhere that it has multi room support, and I've purchased a bunch of them precisely because of it. And now they say they've removed it????

Works great for setting up the Rocki and streaming local media, but services such as Soundcloud only play for 4 seconds then stop (same problem which many others are having). Please fix this guys! :(

The setup is now better, and sleecting rockis too, but the bug that a song starts from the middle and just plays a few seconds is still there, and im not even using the rockis, its not even a good stand alone media player guys, get this app right!

Force closes every time I try to set up my Rocki on Lollipop

Since updating to the latest version, there is no way to set up a Rocki. Tried deleting the app data and it still doesn't ask to set up or give me the option on launch. Just says no Rocki connected. Tried resetting Rocki still no dice. Add to that all the other problems with their Kickstarter campaign/not responding to emails/not replacing non-functioning Rockis they said they would replace/deleting questions on their forums that asked questions about some of their issues they weren't fixing...

The App did not work. Nonetheless, the support was quick, friendly and helpful. My Rocki works great with Bubble UPnP.
