About Sola BYOB
Sola is a small Bryn Mawr BYOB focusing on contemporary American cuisine with French influence. We offer a seasonally inspired menu taking advantage of a small network of local farms and organic producers of cheese, honey and other items.
We are proud to announce our Executive Chef Stephan Stryjewski has been honored as one of the country’s top culinary talents in the inaugural edition of Best Chefs America.
We want our guests to enjoy the window of time that they spend with us, savoring their food and wine and enjoying the company of their friends and family.
Our wish is that most of our guests will become regulars and will view us a place which they can recommend to their friends and on which they can rely when hosting friends.
