MyEarTrainer - Ear Training for Android
In the interval section you have to scroll to see some intervals when answering , if it was possible to select any of intervals without scrolling (please, please, please !), that would make this app PERFECT! Thanks in advance.. (sorry for my bad English)..
Very helpful
I love this app. The power comes from simplicity. It fits in well with the requirements of formal music examination boards world wide.
So in the intervals section, the app doesn't give me all the options...so if a major seventh is played, I actually can't select it because the option for it isn't displayed
Best thing ever for true musicians.
A must have
Try this app. It will improve your abilities.
I loved the app. It's the best in the market. With that said, you guys can increase the max duration of a single note played on keyboard. It will help beginners to get a better understanding of that frequency.
This is better than playing a game on the toilet or sitting waiting for a train, or class isn't helping. Full of great stuff if you use this app you'll have a good ear
Excellent ear training. The only problem i had was that it is very easy to accidentally press the wrong piano keys and that often times the piano key that you have to press is half hidden at the end of the screen which is frustrating because you don't assume that is an option and is hard to properly press
Octave range must be at least three octaves--not good for practicing chord types. And there's no way to customize chord progressions, i.e., you can't input your own. Makes it less useful for non-jazz, non-classical music because none of the most used pop progressions are there. Additionally, the melody dictation exercises are atonal, so if you're interested in tonal music, it's just about functionally useless (pun intended).
I paid once on my other device. And now.I have to pay again for unlimited custom?

Good for ear training
Short ear training exercises whenever I want. No better way to learn.
Absolutely perfect
Thank you for sharing this greatest ear training app.........
I love it! I use it to practice intervals, melodies, chords & chord progression recognition. The only drawback is that sometimes the piano keys are too easy to misclick. An idea for you: also include a guitar neck instead of piano entry.
Great app. Very useful when you want to learn writing music without an instrument.
Had helped in many areas with ear training, I recommend
The app is OK.
:-(:)
Simple design. Straight forward to use.
No longer working on my device
What more could you possibly ask for? This is a wonderful tool for musicians of almost every level. This is a beautiful addition to the world of musical apps available and I will love to upgrade when I get the chance just because of how much I support its development. The ads are in no way getting in the way of the experience. Five Stars and thank you ☆☆☆☆☆
This app is fantastic. It is exactly what I invisioned when I searched for some sort of ear training app. Miles of extra practice for the busy and travelling musician. I love the chord recognition part. Great help with your jazz ear.
I tried others but this one seems to be the most intuitive and is free to. Excellent program.
Absolutely amazing app if you want to improve your ear and work towards being able to play what you hear
This app only trains relative ear...
It is a great app, however it has problems with enharmony in the melodies exercise. A# to C is not a major second, it is a diminished third! Although it sounds the same, it is not called the same! Apart from this, the app is wonderful and totally worth buying!

Is good try it
It ams good
Best app out there for this, super challenging, but that's the point. Don't let the crappy logo fool you. It's a slick app
Free with Tons of exercises
Serious ear training, easy to use, is there anything more to ask?
Very good for learning to differentiate intervals, chords and scales.
Thanks
