Won't open up can't use. Older version was faithful and easy to use Bring it back let us choose

Stupid thing crashes immediately after opening. WORTHLESS

Results take weeks to be uploaded when it used to only take days. I am very displeased with this app!

It is a place that I have all my tests at one place. If I go to a new DR and they need to see the past tests I can bring up the past years test and hand them the phone to copy what they need.

App is good however never get results. Always have to request as they (app) claims I do not have to request.

Stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled and crashes immediately after attempting to launch.

Waste of time, put your info and look for Lab and sorry no match. Waste of time

It's good. However, turnaround time on routine labs are lacking.

This app sucks as bad as quest... Complete waste of time

I love being able to have my test results with me . Especially if i go to a new they can have the results also .and everyone is in the same page

Great app. Allows you to have your lab results close at hand whether you wish to review or compare or share with other medical personnel.

Takes forever to personally see my results. Lab prices are great but ability to see my results takes months. Hospital labs have results posted in days...

Have used this app for quite some time. Very helpful with getting lab results. Keep up the good work developers. Thank you for a great app.

New version doesn't work

Only the latest results are available. It would be nice to see the past years...

Keeps me informed and able to monitor my results. App works great. I can even schedule an appointment for tests. Love that part.

No longer works on my device. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't start.

Wed. 3PM: I had blood drawn on Friday 1230 pm and my results are back! Now I can show them to my doctor right away!

After signing up for guest, I was running around in circles like a dog with its tail between his legs. I was going back, and forth trying to figure out what to do next. Please explain things in a more simplex way in the future. *THANK YOU *

Fails to provide all results and ZERO TECH SUPPORT for assistance with results missing in patient access, yet vendor still bills Medicare. This app stinks and my repeated requests for help may have to go the Medicare fraud route.

App closes when I try to sign in. Strangely if I go to Feedback and hot send my results then appear but my medications that were listed have disappeared. Very disappointed after years of use.

Ok. I downloaded this app and it won't even let me press the "New User/Sign Up" button. I even uninstalled it, turned off my phone, turned it back on (just in case it was my phone doing the issue), then re-installed the app, gave me the same issue. It won't let me go past the login page. Please fix the issue so I can use it. Thanks.

Hate it , non of my labs are showing uo in the app... i have requested them and they say they have been completed and will show and they never do.

It may be great for patients who want to see their results, but for those of us who just want to make an appointment, this app sucks. It transfers you to the website, which is difficult to use from a smartphone, rather than have an its own appointment scheduler. Too frustrating to be useful. Stick to a computer.

The app itself is good, however Quest is horrible about posting results in a timely manner. I am supposed to get report automatically without requesting but always have to request and then it takes over a month for them to post.

Will not run on rooted devices. Tec says it breaks their security. Interesting in that even my banks app runs on rooted devices. If this were so you'd think banks would be all over this

I used this app to make my appointment and see my reults but today I tried to open it and it's not working I'm concerned it's upgraded beyond my phones capabilities. Hoping it's just a glitch.

I would give it a five if I could get it to work. Not been able to open it for quite a while.

Installed, ran once. Now it stops immediately after tapping the icon. Re-Installed twice, rebooted twice, no change. Just updated to latest version, no change. Still won't start.

Great tool to manage my health.. I just noticed a problem on my last blood report that it was not addressed by my doctor..This is a great life saver. I will make an appointment with my doctor.

I like this app! Very good! Now all you need to do is integrate the Quest Appointment Scheduler App with this one, instead of just having a link in the app to go to the website. Then worthy of 5-stars! :-) Also, so far, I haven't been able to retrieve any lab results...

I can't even get it to open! "Unfortunately, MyQuest has stopped" is all that happens. Each time.

The app DOESN'T WORK! Very aggravating. Fix the scheduling link. Can't spend the whole day resubmitting information.

Only as good as data provided - It took over a month to see the results from its own Quest Diagnostics lab! If I didn't submit THREE follow up requests, I expect I would have never seen the lab results.

Needs some work I accidentally entered my doctor's name wrong in a request for results and there's no way to remove the request even though it will not succeed.

Easy to make appointments. I appreciate seeing my labs before my doctor visit so I can gather info and questions. This app is very easy to use

Step 3 will not allow me to make a selection. Only continue button works and defaults to next available appointment but it will not allow me to select a future date. Frustrating!

I paid for the bloodwork, give me my results when they are received. Health Network Labs will give you routine bloodwork results in 2 to 3 days. Not a week after the doctor gets the results. DON'T BOTHER TO DOWNLOAD

I love how easy it is to receive my lab work. As someone who has health problems it's great to know I can ha e my results delivered to me as soon as they are ready.
