I just downloaded the app today but the app today. It will take my sign up info then says it wants to find out what i like but then it gets stuck and wont stop downloading. I tried signing up on the website and then going back to the app to sign in but it still doesnt work. The next screen shows an "ok"button. You click on it and it takes you back to the sign in screen. I really want to give this app a try. Please fix this. Thanks. Btw, there is also a problem with your website's certificate.

I started an account after a promotion they had going on. I completed the promotion exactly as they asked. And nothing. I emailed customer service and after 15 emails just got the run around. I waiting another 6 weeks and emailed again. This time after 6 more emails, received the generic answer of they are investigating. Shouldn't take 2 1/2 months to get what I deserve! Closed account and Uninstalled app. App was useless anyways. Always "down for maintenence"

The update was just a link to the mobile site. Uninstalling this after 1 year of being a loyal app customer.

Version 7.1.1 has not fixed this app. There are also issues on the website that did not exist before today. Not happy. I've been a member for years.

Updated new version of ap to watch videos and ap doesn't work on ipad or sasung phone. Neither ap will sign in.

In October, app wouldn't open. That was fixed with 7.1.1. Now I can't use the app because it's "under construction" and tells you to use the website. It's been over a month. Please fix.

I've waited a couple of months for the app fix. I decided to delete. This is a waste of my memory.

Can't open the app to search from my phone. Uninstalled the reloaded to see if that will fix it but still the same issue. Not sure what mypoints has done but fix the issue!!

Used to work, but lately app doesn't open and I've updated it.

Downloaded the app twice. Both times it will work for a couple days then it will stop working. Everything I try to open it, it tells me "unfortunately mypoints has stopped".

I don't know what kind of changes you guys did with this but the app won't even open anymore. It's kind of hard to get points or use this when it won't work.

Had to uninstall as it got stuck on a page and I could not close it. Will try one more time.

I have been a member of mypoints I believe since it opened and I have gotten hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards that I usually use for my daughter's for Christmas gifts it is probably one of the best points program you could be a member of

I have been a member of MyPoints for years but I have always used my laptop. To help friends with only smart phones, I installed this and the My Points TV (to watch the movie trailers & videos). I have to be honest & state that I much prepare my laptop. ------------ one comment was wondering about scan receipt - This is used when you receive an email telling you that to receive the points, you will need to purchase & upload a copy of the receipt to MyPoints - there is a link from your email. - I just recently did this. --------------- one comment complained that they had purchase over a month ago but had not rec'd their points. The one thing you MUST do - is use the link from your email or go to MyPoints, find the store & use the store's link before purchasing. This is the only way they know that you purchased from this store. ---------------I do know that from my laptop, I can install their 'Score' which will tell me if a store website I've opened is a MyPoints store & i can click from there. But it doesn't work on my Opera Browser so i just remember. ------------ I hope these comment have helped someone.

I have been with mypoints for years. Text is almost too small to read and after signing in, screen turns white and locks up.

I have used my points for years and just downloaded the app. What is the scan receipts about? I have searched and cannot find anything about it

I have been a member for 15 years...i have received thousands of dollars worth of cards for purchasing items i would have anyway!!! Just really think about all the ways you can utilize this amazing app!!!
