NIKON IMAGE SPACE for Android
This app won't even let me log on, just comes up authentication failed, and all my details are correct, really dissspointed.
Of course the last version is much better than the old one but still need more improvement
No social login in app as on web, and password reset doesn't work-no emails sent. So i just cant use it-well done, guys! Also, the guy who decided the app must show random photos when you run it must be dragged out and given a lesson.
Nikon how do we connect are Android phones to the camera in an easier manner because it is sometimes I have to reset the whole thing. On iPhone you just tap and go I have a Nexus 6p
app is nice and this service is awesome... Loved it.
Great app Nikon. Loving the new feature of be able to store and play back 360 videos & photographs. Not sure why some users wanted to upload RAW files onto NIS. This app is purely made to store your finishing product / photographs, not to store your unprocessed images. Keep up with the great work Nikon, looking forward to seeing more improvements and features!
When you open the software, it shows random images at full screen from your device... what was in the mind of who designed that feature??
Great when it _works_. Too bad it isn't reliable.
Everything else is great but not able to download the video once uploaded.
I'm trying, don't worry :)
Can't view raw files
Super App.
Love it if nikon apps don't work on your pc or Mac and you are using an ssd name hard drive make sure it's configured correctly as programs won't run correctly and will crash this happens with a lot of programs with ssds and sometimes with satanic drives too, and on devices hand help phones ect install onto an sd card not onto the device and make sure your sd card is formated correctly as well do that in s pc, or use a card reader your pc will ask you how you want it formatted do the full not the quick formatting it makes s difference, and if you have ssd find out the make and download the manufacturer software and that will set up your drive properly I put this as I see some one stars and o know this is user faults not not the product it's because there been a lot of change in hard drive technologies just lately and the manufacturers don't keep the hardware software updated you have to do it yourself,I build my own pcs
The app has to be used with Nikon WirelessMobileUtilty to upload photos to Nikon Image Space!! On Nikon WMU go to View Photos and then select the photos you want to upload to Nikon Image Space. Then select share and the select this app (NIKON IMAGE SPACE)!!! The uploading is
Changes to album structure made on a desktop machine do not flow through to the app. Requires app data to be deleted to force an accurate sync.
Won't access any Nikon NEF files, plus takes a very long time to load other JPG images. Horrid app considering who is coming from.
Worst app, Not userfriendly, no folder option for selecting and upload, we have to select one by one, even No select all. Hope they fix it in future..
Not had chance to delve in yet with any photo's but seems okay. Would like the option to turn off seeing my mobile phone photos.
No good everytime I go to use app it stops. Uninstalling
This app is unable to access photos transferred with their WMU app.
Cant even view NEF files...
How i cant login? And the "forgot password" feature are not work properly..
Only jpg/jpeg photos upload support
It was OK until the recent "upgrade". Now I need to uninstall, reinstall and log in before I can open the app, otherwise it crashes before it opens. There was a message saying some users might need to reinstall after the upgrade...but I didn't expect to do it everytime I want to access my pics. UPDATE - as of today, reinstalling makes no difference, it still crashes on opening.
Works brilliantly to access my photos from anywhere without taking up too much space on my phone
Greatest photo view app ever
like it alot thank you...
After buying Nikon I found that he really.not friendly user .. a lot apps only designs for cannon but not for Nikon user .. this is a very sad part ... if u got the photo edit like lightroom for this apps I believe a lot user willing to paid for it
It's a rudimentary service/app that still manages to be confusing. The only appeal of Nikon Image Space is that the service is (marginally) integrated with their PC ViewNX and supports Nikon's native .NEF raw format, thus providing some type of slapdash workflow. Unfortunately, the Android app isn't even able to show THUMBNAILS of .NEF files already uploaded, so your galleries are a wall of grey squares. Flickr won't take .NEFs at all, but at least you get 1TB instead 40GB -- Not enough to even hold one SD card of photos after the bad ones have been deleted!
Since last update this app will not work on Xperia z5 phone. It opens but soon as I click on a photo it crashes. Have uninstalled and re-installed but no change. Please fix this as it was great before and I would have rated 5.
The app looks good. But I can any see images taken from my phone, not the images that I had transferred from my Nikon D5500. If this is not rectified I will Uninstall as it is useless.
When I have downloaded the pictures from my d5300 in jpg format to my phone.. The app doesn't recognise them as jpg's.. However it will recognise my jpg's taken with my phone?? It may just be something strange, if it's fixable I will swiftly change my rating..
I like flat design, sometime delay and slow feedback
This is probably the worst app by a trusted brand ...it looks like a cheap c grade porn .....shame on Nikon
Love it
Basic features. Limited controls. Allows you to point focus and shoot. Also allows changing the settings of the wireless adapter on your camera. And that's about it!
Combined with a free Nikon Image Space account this is a worthwhile app to have. You can also view your RAW (NEF) files with this app.
This is a great app but it'd be better if I was able to view all my account info on my mobile as I don't own a computer
I've been trying to sign in for the last 20 minutes and it won't sign in.

+ Needs smaller icon view and list view + needs more storage (maybe 50 GB for DSLR users?) + needs some smaller gui for tablets (to see more albums on one screen) + reports should be accessible on the tablets too + ability to select more than 100 Photos (i.e. 250) + update more frequent and make small improvements (step by step)
