Recharged on March 5th of this month through card. Recharge failed. Amount not refunded yet. Spoken to customercare they said will be refunded in 7 working days. After they said mail to I'd that is there in app- no reply.again 3 times remainder - no reply. Next remainder with CC to one more id - no reply. Now spoken to cc they said why u are calling us. Itsnot our issue. App transaction id will not open to us and told Send mail and wait till they reply. I asked until? She said I can't say .
