MYOB Invoices - Invoice on the go

I run a lawn mowing business and have been using MYOB online for a few months. It chews up about 5MB data per day and I can see this version being faster and using less data. I see that I may not be able to do quotes, but I do about 30 invoices per week and only 2 quotes (which I'm happy to do at home or using my data if need be)

This app is utter garbage. If it even offered a tenth of the functionality that MYOB online offered, it'd be worth a look. But, it is so basic that it is more of a hindrance than a help.

I am a plumber and I run myob essentials, its disappointing i can't use the app to access quotes to change to invoices or write quotes on the go.

Very basic functionality however allows creating customers and invoices. It does work for basic needs. I haven't tried the ability to accept payment

Why can i only access Contacts and Invoices ? What about things like accessing or processing Payroll. I thought this app would enable me to conduct my Business away from the confines of the Office Computer. Disappointed to say the least........

Pretty useless app. QuickBooks app is 100 times better. MYOB is wayyyyy behind.

Stopped working when changed to Myob Invoices uninstalled & reinstalled still not working

This replaced PayDirect and it doesn't work! Getting a square.

New comment 17/8/2017. Re-named Myob Invoices because their IT Department don't know how to make it mobile and add QUOTES. Old Comment: I would like to be able to view and edit quotes to. And as others have said, add a Purchase Order Number so there is a description.

Contacts are useful. Not much else offered except PayDirect "support" (patchy at best). Not being able create quotes is quite amazingly poor. Considering what we pay in monthly subscriptions for main software it would be nice to see some development. It's been years since any improvements... Not providing value here guys

Would like to see more features to not only see money coming and going but create tasks to help us work on the go. Really need ability to create a quote, need a calendar to stay organised and the all these details should be viewable under a contacts name as well.

Seriously considering cancelling my myob subscription. Just discovered many of my sales done through this app did not record the payment method and recorded the sales as undeposited funds instead of to the selected account. Myob have caused hours of work for me and my book keeper. Thats money i could have spent on much better things.

This app is borderline useless. I like to be able to see whats outstanding. Other than that the funcionality it looks like ot should have just does not work. Disapointed from a market leader to allow this to be the final product for its mobile customers.

Great to have an app but not being able to complete purchases and enter bills makes it very limited in its use and sees me only using the desktop version

Had assumed that the app would have all the functionality of the website, in a mobile/tablet friendly format. Definitely not the case. Have Contacts, Invoices and Take Payment. Can't do payroll, spending or reporting. Certainly not useful for a barber shop, nor for any fixed small business. Utterly useless app. Think it's time to start investigating competitors.

Usless at best. No time billing. No Quoting. Item billing only. Cannot do creditors or receipts. Cannot look up Item last cost. Limit what can be done. I phoned MYOB they were rude and unhelpful. I loged an explanation on their web site and go a usless response. I will be changing from MYOB soon as their support is so bad. I have been using been using MYOB for over 10yrs sad. Very sad.

Very basic app. No real functionality. Having access to reporting would be great. Profit and Loss statements etc. Maybe an accounts dashboard

Myob essentials is the worst program on the market i can even move my data because no one excepts it not even myob

The amount of money MYOB gets in subscriptions you would think they could develope something tbat allows you to A put in a salesperson or tradesmans name B put material od products to a job C put labour hours to a job Very amerture and poor

Running on a Samsung Galaxy with payclip. Very disappointed with support for this product. Keeps crashing every time I hit settings. ALSO THE EFTPOS FUNCTION HAS NOW BROKEN! Must have reported these faults 20 plus times and no response solution from myob. Does not work well with payclip. Will be looking for an alternative!

Would help to be able to choose salesperson. Also payroll, quotes, purchases and banking should be standard inclusions. This is not news to MYOB based on previous reviews and their response in March last year indicating quotes would be coming soon. Considering the amount of money MYOB makes i would think retaining their customer base would be a no brainer. Pick up your game MYOB.

This app so under developed compared to competitors in 2016. Invoices and Contacts just simply does not cut the mustard anymore. We really need features like reconciliation, expenses and quotes. Over the last couple of years development seems to have become stagnant with no proposed features coming to light. Please MYOB give this neglected product some desperately needed TLC and give us these critical features.

Only use it to check credit status. Can't raise quote or turn to a sales order. Can't even have the techs finish a job and turn the sales order into an invoice. Gave up waiting for the ever coming updates. I issued the techs with cheap windoze tablets wifi tethered to their phone data. For less than $100 each they now have full control over their work flow.

Cannot access orders or quotes.. it is missing so many features.. mmmm and slow even on 4G You have said you are working on this.. 12 months has passed and it still is no better. Quickbooks is so much better.. i am going to change..

Would be more useful to be able to add expenses "on the go" snap a picture of the fuel receipt and enter a few details. Invoice side works well. But just far to limited

This app does not allow me to use any of the templates I have created in my database. I cannot use any recurring sales and I hate how I can't convert quotes to invoices. I can't even see quotes! Waste of time!

It did work but now the app just says "coming soon" for contacts and invoices. Not happy, especially since this is my first month. You take our money but we don't get what we payed for.... In fact we get nothing!!

I pay for myob on pc and expect to use it on an app for on road business. I'll be stopping subscription and using invoice 2 go. It has everything I wanted MYOB to have.

The things that you need to do on the go is enter receipts and create invoices ling before you need to check who owes money. There is no real point in it as I will hardly us it

App for the sake of having an app. I think less of myob after using it. Better not to have one then release this pathetic attempt.

Would be great to see some real bookkeeping features here, including some of the features I get from the web interface, reporting, transactions, etc. At this point it's simply a way of issuing invoices on the go, which isn't much.

Why does this only support "cloud" files? Isn't the API the same for local hosted versions? Surely having an "advanced" button to change host name wouldn't be complicated.
