Myntra Online Shopping App

Myntra is undoubtedly the best e-commerce website to buy apparels from. The wide range and variety of clothes available here unlike other e-commerce websites is the reason I choose it every time. The best part is you can even return/exchange or get a refund multiple times for different sizes of the same product if it does not suit you or due to any other reasons as it happened in my case. The only issue I have with them is they charge VAT every time you buy something. On top of it there's a delivery charge if your bill I'd below 1000 which I feel is so not right. Not always do we buy products worth 1000 bucks n more!

I love shopping in Myntra than other apps.. the collections are really good.. and the delivery process is undoubtedly the best when compared to others.. but the only problem I face now is, there is no cashback option, i.e, there is no option for getting back the refund I wallet, only refund through back is available, which I feel uncomfortable for me.. back in those days there was an option for getting cashback in wallet, so that was easy, and vry safe and had no worries and used it when ever needed, but now there is only one option which is getting the refund through back in which sometimes the transaction fails or takes very long time to get back the money.. so I would suggest Myntra to bring back my wallet option back again.. pls do note this and make changes.. this would be really helpful.. and the other problem I face is, the vat.. vat tax is really too high and would request to reduce the vat amount..

I love myntra nd love their collection..but dont knw whats wrong wid them.vat tax is too much high ..i was trying to order a pair of nike shoe which costs 3897 nd vat/tax is 595..is this a joke??then what is the meaning of giving discounts? Also when i m applying a coupon which says get 20%off on minimum purchase of such amount but getting only rupees 135 off..dont knw what to do..but still love myntra as it gives genuin products

Edit: You people have started taking huge amount of tax. Not happy!!! Delivery - fantabulous, makes it my favourite online shopping mode. Only the thing I feel Myntra should have is, a choice for customers to choose preferred delivery date.

Everytime I ordered I got my product as soon as possible and the products are as expected. In any case if I didn't find the product according to me, I easily returned them. So good app with good courier services, the only thing is shipping charges are high, because of it the price of the product become high. So plz do something on this issue . Thank you

There was no shopping charges earlier for shopping above than one thousand but now you all have started charging ,no matter how much we shop. That's Greedy and pathetic. Kindly change this and dont let your rating go down for such a cheap reason.

Worst application ever.. Fake promises made.. Offers are totally fake.. When u go to buy the products then the prices miraculously changes in the cart... And it happens everytime I tried.. Seems myntra people r the most intelligent one living in the planet and making customers moron and insane.. Better to prefer other applications.

Great app and the best shopping site out there. Still we all are terribly annoyed by the way you have changed the taxes.It's so huge and not at all acceptable,even the delivery charges.Please pass this message and take suitable solutions as fast as you could.Thank You.

Myntra used to be good but now it's pretty bad. They don't deliver to most of the areas in Pune. They claim to have switched to a logistic company which claims to serve customers better. This logistics company doesn't cover at least half of Pune. Their mobile application has issues related to logins.

Product quality is good but finishing is not proper

Sir, there is something wrong about this app, as soon as I install this app, there are two myntra Icons on my phone screen. And both work. This does not happen with any other app. It has been happening since last 3 updates. Do solve this problem in next update. And of-course app is amazing

Get a better filter system and sorting system. And what's the use of email gift cards when they're not delivered instantly? That defeats half of the purpose. If your mailing system is slow the please invest in sending sms codes to the buyer/recipient of the gift card. Edit - called customer service. your customer service is excellent. Wish I could say the same for your actual order placement and customer intimidation service. Apparently my order did not go through due to me being on Jio wifi, but my bank account was debited and there was absolutely no communication to me about the same. What the hell myntra?

Initially a few of products i got were really nice..bt since last july i bought my adidas shoes ..after 2 months complete leather got yellow spots..contacted myntra bt no solution...bouhgt fila sweatshirt before one montb..after first wash the fabric got so rough..purchased a kurti ..the gabric was so pathetic..that you can buy a kurti for rs 200 from local market..abd that would beat myntra product. ..i was buying all products from myntra since last two years.bt now again moved towards local market..coz myntra is giving poor quality products..and no gaurantee...local market is much better..firstly check then buy.. on myntra firstky buy..then cry..

I shop from Myntra regularly . It always cost a huge amount as VAT & Tax . But sites like flipkart & snapdeal doesn't make this. You team Myntra have mange it , make a fair shipping charge just as other sites. I love Myntra & all the products , bcoz of quality . I only have the problem with huge shipping charges & VATS. I hope you guys do something on it. Thanks

Fake happy birthday sale. Cheating people n wasting time of customers. I was unable to apply coupon HBD20 on a product listed under HBD Sale, extra 20% off on everything .

Actually I was regular customer of Myntra but I don't know why my pincode is now not available for delivery. I everytime apppriciate the quality and service of Myntra but this time I am sorry to review this kind of ratings. Thanks for not delivering my shipment at my address besides of regular customer. Very bad customer service options provided by you and not able to place orders when coupons and offers are there. Always technical issue when coupons and offers are available so simply loss of offer. Not able to use.

Recheating and harresment for not giving me refund for broken sunglass,I received broken one.i contacted customer care again and again but hopeless...I reordered the same thing but I haven't got any refund yet for broken thing..Pick up guy came and refused to take it after seeing broken product ....

Before I use to love Myntra but now I had to think twice to order any products from them because recently I tried to order two products and the order didn't get placed and yet the payment got debited,I send so many emails for refund and to resolve this issue but till now i got no response from you,I'm so Dissapointed .I will rate you 5 stars if you resolve this issue :(

Worst app...U ppl take much more money of a product than its actual price..Some days before a friend of mine bought a butterflies beige cut out hand bag worth rate1900, now it's showing 8099 as its actual price and on 70% discount it's of 2409..Wat more to say..

Worst app worst service Never buy anything . If u have to return or exchange your item they will not let you. Customer support will tell that return is initiated but the product will not be picked up. And after some days return gets cancelled. This will keep on happening.

I want to congratulate the myntra customer care & delivery Department for their absolute professional work ethic. Ordered a fila sandals & was supposed to be delivered by 14 Feb but thanks to myntra they successfully delayed it to 18 Feb. On calling the customer care I was assured the earliest possible delivery but the myntra guys strictly adhere to their principles which means I would getting my sandals on 18 Feb only. Never seen such a dedicated team. Kudos to Myntra !!!

When i was paying amount i got a message saying if you do 1799 you will get 20% so after that i went back and added to cart 2000 worth then i got only 88 rs cash back which is cheating customers

Delivery is simply ridiculous. Even MYNTRA doesn't even know what is happening to the delivery , why delivery is late , at times it's taking more than 10 days to deliver. Still no news regarding of delivery

What's the need of providing offers when u r charging extra vat totally disappointed with myntra,even flipkart provides products with no vat This app has been showing that there is no internet connection for past few months even though I'm working with a 10mbps speed

Not one of the best but the best app for shopping, Myntra has the best collection and the delivery is super fast and returns are faster. You dont need any other app if you have this. Simply amazing.

Plz don't download myntra app at all bcz they have worst return policy and if u return too many products bcz of the sizing,material or any other genuine reason thn also they wil block your free delivery options and cash on delivery option.... i called to there customer care and they said rudely its mytra policy....so plz dn't dowload this app

Myntra is most irresponsible shopping site .They work like 17th century people. This is customer fault if they do shopping from Myntra cuz they are not ready to do hardwork or put efforts to get product delivery job done in shot period of time . Myntra needs 14 days to deliver a mochi shoes ....Hahahaha ....pathetic service . This is the last time I have done shopping from Myntra.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and this doesn't work good on it, even the product pictures are blury, If you can develope it for Tabs too then this will be awesome experience but as if now, "I don't like it"

The app is good but should give option to get confirmation if new user is going to get 300 off or not. On website n app it says rs 300 off for first order but it's not like that. Will have to think next time before placing order if I should go for it or no.

Worst delivery service non of delivery agent call me for the delivery even i call them twice for the delivery after that they cancelled my order and gives rjn that our agent called you many times but you wrnt reachable bloody hell

Before myntra used to deliver at my town, but now its not delivering it, i had bought many things from myntra multiple times and liked the smooth & hassel free experience, but now it sucks for not delivering at my address.

The worst online shopping app, worst service. Bought two products got one and that too wrong one. Pathetic after sell service. Called several times , still didn't get my money back.

Why they are charging extra Vat go knows...its is really ridiculously...myntra should stop foolin pepoles ..display price is sumthin and when u go to place the oder extra 100rs or maybe more is added as Vat...really poor

Very Bad Online Shopping Site, I Ordered A Roadster Shoe And Myntra Delivered Me Only 1 Shoe Not The Pair Of Shoe And After Complaining They Cancelled My Order And The Order Is Yet Pending And Not Delivered

Disgusting. Simply disgusting!!! I placed my first order nd suddenly I get a mail after 10days that it has been cancelled. I don't know y. This is the service u provide?

I had ordered a jacket which after exchanging because of size issue i received defected one,i had called several times at their customer care they says that the issue will resolve within three days but after five days means till today no one is taking pain of answeing to my query,no update nothing.I shop myntra because i trust it completely but this time they had broken my trust completely.

Are you guys going mad? I order shirt,How can you send me a Kurta??and all my friends are same problems they are not getting what they have order.You all better improve your service.Hate this app right now
