Worst site. There will be much difference between online price and store price. For the same items the online price will be more. Simply they are robbing the customers. Customers be aware of this fraud people
I ordered for castor oil and got it without seal being opened. But the bottle was only 1/4th. Some malpractice is certainly going on!! Please be aware!!
Won't recommend any one to use this app. First time ordered and same cancelled saying unable to deliver in your location. Don't know how my friend residing next to my house is receiving goods by using thia app.
Worst app ever for grocery shopping....I spend an hour placing my order and got a last minute call for order cancellation. Also the refund was lesser than what I paid for the order

They wont accept sodexo, they will charge you shipping charges for even 500 meter. Its better to order from big basket than going to more store.

I placed my first order and paid by paytm.I had to cancel the order as selected wrong added . I didn't receive any notification on refund amount. No customer care number or email address. Just the order shows cancelled
There is no customer service contact option in the app, no feedback from available on the app. This has happened twice in row that I ordered something & part of my order is removed because of some "inventory issues" if the stores have stock issues, why is not updated on their app. And the worst part is if you have contacted their customer service twice, they won't be receiving your call third time. You would get their voice mail that all their executives are busy. I don't how they have set up their system, but this is what I have noticed. This is the worst service I have ever experienced while online grocery shopping
Since More store is very near to me(Approx 1.5Kmpl only) and this app notified me WE DON'T SERVE AT THIS LOCATION" What a wonderful service....

Fisrt they have no delivery charges 750 above written bold and beautiful on the app but they never owner it. If i make purchase of 1thsnd i yet agin get delivery charges on bill. So no matter wht ever u do thry gonna fool u. 2nd there online payment never worked ever. The WORST APP EVER!!!! ZOP NOW HAS PATHETIC CUSTOMER TREATMENT!!!
Change order by themself reMoved product added something else and changed qty price.. user have no control over order placed . They dont even call to confirm any change. Grofers is better atleast they dont do such things behind ur back.
Whatever pincode I'm giving here it's saying not deliverable., in chennai itself it's not accepting any pincodes means to whom this products its delivering..!! Oppps.. Waste to install this app...
I have ordered and paid above 1000 rs and delivery is supposed to be free. They removed items themselves and made bill less then 1000 and put extra delivery charges. At time of order every thing was available if its not there later its company's responsibility and ethics to be fair to the customers which they are not doing. And there is no customers support.
No way of editing order. No way of complaining in app on wrongly delivered items. They remove everything from order as unavailable and still charge you delivery fee. Poor app and poor service by zopnow and more

How do I contact support? You dont have 3 items out of 10 i ordered.i cant even get in touch with you. I am helpless really!
The delivery is really fast.. but many items get cancelled just before the delivery slot. I ordered 10 items today, out of which 3 items were out stock and got a mssg about that just before the delivery. In every order atleast 2-3 items go out of stock at the last moment.
Worst ever online shoping. They keep on asking money for a single order and no delivery nor any response. Such apps should be banned

They deliver whenever they want irrespective of the delivery slot selected, happened with me many a times. Their customes care is always busy, no one picks up the call.

The billing invoice changed(increased) just before delivery . I have ordered groceries and paid online, but on delivery they have asked me to pay more. They didnt even call me if i am ok with the new price.This happened twice. I won't order online anymore.I am unable to reach customer service.
