Must have been government funded and by the same developer as ACA website. SamsungGS3. Updated: worked after received update. Still don't know who it goes to though when sending something.

This will not open the camera on galaxy s4. I like the concept but without the camera you lose the main part of the application. Fix it and I will give a higher rating.

This app freezes up. It would be a very useful app if the bug was fixed.

This app only works and that certain states. Only 6 states I believe. I know Virginia where I live uses it also Pennsylvania. You will have to do some looking to see what other states are compatible.

I was told by Local and State Police DO NOTTTTTT USE THIS APP!!!! The Reports DO NOTTTTTT GO TO THEM!!! Nobody seems to know who or where the reports go. They don't deem this a reliable source. If you need to report crime call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.

I don't know why this only has 3.7 stars. Was at a safety seminar today and a PA State Police officer specifically recommended this app, as they receive the reports. Maybe only some states are supported? I know Ohio state police also use it. Search for the articles on their *official* sites, which also have a link to this app. Great idea. Use it. You could save a life.

Looks like he was a bit too early since we managed to make it slightly past 1984 before things got this bad but I'm pretty sure George Orwell rolls over in his grave whenever someone reports something to the thought police using this app.

Sent a message and from the time I sent it till the officer was in front of me was about 30 mins. Remember that this is not for emergencies that is 911. This is for non-emergencies but the officers will work quickly. They even call you for more information if needed. I will recommend this app to everyone!!!

Just loaded on my galaxy S 3 4.0 seems ok, found it won't close without hitting the home button which leads me to believe that it's running in the background using access battery, needs a close button
