New update has rendered the app totally useless. Now is says My chart. None of my old log in passwords or mrn number work. Why was it changed at all!?!

I can't believe that this app isn't using notifications. We the schedule an appointment or send you a message a notification would be nice.

I truly prefer the last app.. I cannot even add to my calendar nor can I screenshot what were they thinking when they redesigned this app? I'm deleting this app

The new records system required an app update, and it took away much of the functionality of the old app. If you need info on visits or clinic notes, you can no longer use the app for them; the full computer version is required.

They took away Screenshots :( I can't easily send my schedule to my S.O or save it for easy viewing when my internet is down and im at the hospital.

Keeps crashing, especially if you try to call a phone number from the app. Test results are hard to read, appointments and messages hard to decipher, etc. Just all around useless.

Force closing and can't see appointments. Closes when trying to utilize the phone button for doctors office. Please help! Thanks!

Dislike the fact that you can't screenshot appointments anymore. Besides that, fast, effecient app that allows you to view appointments, email doctors and much more.

Has my records, medication list, upcoming and past appointments, and I can talk with my medical team via mail. So this app as well as MD Anderson saving my life..... It's perfect!!!!

Good to check appointments, info and directions. Messages to staff take too long to hear back from them.

Well I was impatient for some things, yet some things were better. However I do like the new features, and the black back ground, easier on the eyes. The messaging, along with patient reports are starting to pan out for the better. The performance has been great on my Galexy Note 4.

Awful transition to the new app. All of my appt times are now showing different than what they were yesterday… all off by about 15 min except for 1 that is showing I have to be at the hospital NOW instead of 1:00pm today. No surprise though as MD Anderson has proven to perform overall below par since day one. Everything from appts, outrageous wait times in departments, lack of cleanliness and disgusting food areas keep this hospital running sub standard at best. Dr's are excellent… only good thing!

Since the update. Twice now the location for my appointments is in a different location than what has been stated on the application. The older version was much more clearer when it comes to the location for appointments. I hope you fix this bug ASAP because it's effecting actual patients that don't need the hassle of running around the hospital for wrong appointment locations.

Once the new update came out I lost all of my history and my appointments aren't correct any more. Make sure that you check on appointment times with your Dr. before you go.

My health records are gone. When it updated, lost all previous information in messages, appts, health records. Very disappointed. I cannot send messages to my Dr anymore. I'm very frustrated.

Now the app blocks it...

They have ruined a system that was working fine. I can't even log in and there is no evident explanation of how to correct the problem.

Cant login to access account since update. Prior to update, it was easy peasy!

This app is not working. Please go back to the old way.

I can't open it! It says that I'm not me

I downloaded the last update since I wasn't able to open MyMdAnderson without update. Lo and behold, it wiped out ALL messages including those I received and have not read prior to update.

User friendly

This new update is absolutely awful. I. can only contact 1 Dr on my team & it's not even the one I need. I only have the option to contact 1 person which is a step up from the other day when it said I didn't have access to contact anyone. Not to mention all my old messages are gone. Please fix this.

Can't message providers, can't view tests or results, etc. A useless app and a step backward in patient/provider communication. Unbelievable that MDA would take this step without fully testing it with patients.

This app is awesome. It won't work though until you have signed the paperwork at the hospital. They set up your app account at that time. Very very helpful app.

I'm not able to login through this app. I can login on with enternet explore. Please help!

So helpful and helps me stay on top of my appointments.

Can you please add mobile alerts for appointments and allow attachments on emails..think this would be a lot of help. I have talked with others that use this app often and they love the idea.
