The App itself is very good. Unfortunately, the local news is very sparse and outdated. They really need to start paying more attention to the news posts on the web site.

For keeping all of us no matter where we live up to date

I left Springfield, Massachusetts 12 years ago and I don't get to go home often so this is the only way to keep up with the changes and what is going on back home.

There's plenty of room for improvement but I like that when there's any new news it notifies me automatically and the watch life should be able to have full screen

I don't want to have to read everything that the meteorologists writes I would rather view live coverage,however I do like the radar.

Would prefer to choose which headlines I'm notified on especially sports updates and consumer alerts on best gas prices just like on the live broadcast

I think it's great I get weather and breaking news as it happens.

Its layed out fairly well and easy to navigate through. Love the real time story updates.

I live in the area and rarely watch TV. This is just enough news to keep me happy.

I wish this app had a hourly way to check the weather. I need to look at another app to do that.

Don't like that I have to open the app to read the alerts

Well informed

New release is much nicer, but do we really need a bar at the bottom of the screen with ads

The fly by night commercials are wayyyy too loud for the sound balance in the broadcast feed. Since the updates last week I haven't been able to watch full screen on any device.

Gives news for Western Wassachusetts. App updates regularly. No issues with this app on my Samsung S5 Active

I used to use this app all the time. Most of the time lately, it won't even load the stories. I usually am connected to strong Wi-Fi or good LTE coverage and stories just don't load..... Oh well many other local apps to choose from.

I don't believe all of them qualify as "Breaking News". Stick with severe weather change, Amber alerts, and, like, assassination attempts please.

Im sick of getting a notification about an article and when I click on it to read it its not there and I cant find it anywhere at times
