This app is more aggravating than useful. They need to stop offering video and focus on just presenting the information in text. Most of the time, after enduring a 30 second commercial (which played flawlessly) the actual video clip they offered doesn't play or doesn't have sound. Total waste of my time. This is prevalent in many video articles on the web and I have stopped even trying to view them. For just perusing the news, I am down the main page a ways, go to a selection, return to the main page to find it clear back to the top. At this point, I'm leaving. 10 News neither knows how to write the news or present it properly. Amateurs at best.

I am now fully engaged in what is happening and in a timely way. Coverage is more comprehensive and less biased than other sources.

Keeps me informed. I live in the Riverside area but, work in San Diego. Very helpful!

Love 10 news, but you guys have to do something about the pop up ads. I won't open the app anymore because I get attacked with pop up ads that direct my browser to another website.

Top stories has 3 week old stuff.... really?

The old version was much better. Hate the pop up ads. Alerts are buried or not on site. Go back to the old one. At this point I like looking at other news apps. It just gets worse with each update. If I get a traffic alert, I don't want to get just a map. I want to know what the alert entails!

Every time when you back out of an article. You have to scroll through all the previous ones to resume where you left off. Makes me want to uninstall it. Most of the time I just give up and close the app. Been like this too long.

App kept sending me to some BS Facebook "survey" that smelled of identity theft and/or malware. Uninstalled due to this. Otherwise it was a serviceable local news app.

Everytime I open new's story read it then back out to the main page it starts at the top. You have to scroll down all over again to get to the next articles. You also can not adjust font sizes.

The Left Wing Bias of this News App is obvious and gross. Doesn't anyone believe in Unbiased Journalism anymore? Hyperbolic Partisan News bores me.

The only improvement would be more timely updating of news....sometimes same news of previous day still on app in the morning with updates later in morning. But it is my favorite News App along with ABC App.

A news app that requires you to do a survey before you read the rest of the story. On top of their adds, That sucks

It will send you news alerts,but when you want to see them,you can not find them.Too much news alerts that can't be seen.

It keeps forcing close crashing

Consistently crashes since their "major overhaul."

The reason I cut one star is a CONSISTENT problem with app crashing on attempting to start embedded video. 2-updates, it still does this although not as bad as previously. Still over 50% of the time, the app will crash instead of bringing up video. Also video load time is double other apps I have. Think this is a resource management issue, this app appears to be a resource hog! Second reason: TO MANY NOTIFICATIONS, had to define exactly what to notify on to cut this problem, ding-ding-ding!

A fairly good source for local news, but two drawbacks are that when you click on news alerts in your notifications, the story you're being alerted about is either buried way down the page or non existent; and when you go to share an article, Message+ which is the messing app I use on my phone, is not an option. Another complaint would be the incessant weather updates and warnings, EVEN AFTER I'VE TURNED THEM OFF! Biggest complaint; no way to increase font size! This app just gets worse with time.

I really enjoyed this app but lately it's crashing so much I can't even read, see, or hear the story. Please fix uninstalling for now

I'll get five alerts at once, but when I click on one, not one of those alerts shows up on their website! Got an alert this morning, but their site isn't updated from what happened last night! Their mobile alerts are as fake as their calling every story on the show "breaking news".

At the bottom of every story is a list of paid content 'fake news' from other sites. The fake news is presented in a style very similar to the main menu real news. Additionally the app quits unexpectedly, and sometimes the content will not update for days. The real news stories they present are generally good and relevant, thus the 2 stars instead of 1.

Many times I click on the icon on my phone to read an article. About 90% of the time all I get are ads, no news At all. Deleting your application, going to 8 news.

More often it fails to load gives error message "10 News Stopped Functioning"

app has bugs on samsung s7 edge. Often crashes or fails to load properly.
