This is horrible

Love it good apps.

Kind of useless. Syncs with the scale but only ever saves one weight, so I can't use it to track my weight loss. I haven't tried any other features but I figure that is one of the most important. It seems like the other features require accessories to work, it's basically pointless.

Returning/uninstall. It seem to work with Iphones! I have a Galaxy 7 and it isn't work properly, PLEASE UPDATE!!!!!! Not recording my info., says good night in the morning, won't download etc.....

This will not update on my phone samsung galaxy not impressed

I am unable to update. I.e saving a silent wake up time or setting goals for the day. Please fix.

This used to work great, now I can't get it to pair with galaxy note 7. Please fix.

Connected to blue tooth not recording anything.

The app was recently updated and all information I had is gone. Not only that it is not picking up my recent information. It is a great app when working. Please fix.

I keep having to reconnect my Bluetooth to it and it doesn't stay connected like it needs to. Can someone please tell me what too do?

I have had this for 5 days, just have to mess with settings and refresh it for colors, readouts etc. I am enjoying it better then my old fit bit.

Why does mine always go into sleep mode when I am active and how do I wake it up? I love my device but I need the tracking to be accurate.

All other features don't connect automatically to bluetooth I've set up my profile for nothing it doesn't even synchronize! Needs much improvement

This application does not sink the unit to my phone. I've Uninstalled it and re-installed but still nothing.

How do you get the colors to appear on counting your steps? I have a Samsung Galaxy s5. A friend of mine has one and her colors move around the circle for steps increased , she had an iPhone 5.

It doesn't pick up my info even though it is connected. I have now got it to connect through the phone bluetooth except it asked for a password. Does anyone know how to find a password?

Please please please update so that I can change the bike speedometer to "mph." Unfortunately I don't speak metric...

I can't figure it out. The only option that connects is the xband. Am I doing something wrong?

Aesthetically, it's not the nicest looking app out there. A lot of the design is clunky and outdated. It's also why it's not exactly clear as to how you sync your device. I guess there are multiple devices that can be used to capture data, so you must at least know the name of the device you wish to sync in order to even activate the sync function. It's not paired via BT the usual way, which is a part of the confusion, so there are issues, as the pairing isn't saved or recognized by the phone.

Bought the wrist band. It does not seem to sync every day and does NOT monitor heart rate which is very disappointing!
