Only issue I've seen is that the watch does not monitor my heart rate. Any solutions for this issue? Other than this issue the watch works great. I've seen a lot of negative comments about this app. Hopefully I will not have any more issues.

Why I need to log in every time I open app?! :D that's one of the most idiotic app I ever seen....

App do not hawe options to work in background(almost any modern Android app - WhatsUp, Facebook, even Skype hawe this option). Cannot start app without internet. Notification on device dont dissapear when i watch messages on phone.

First I had an iPhone and it worked well with the activity tracker. Then I got an android phone and can't connect with the tracker anymore. So very unsatisfied, because now I can't use it anymore.

Pairing not working...just wasted almost 100$....If I can get it to pair, then I will change my review. Their website says "Our developers work continuously on improving and upgrading our Android application to make our ZeFit compatible with more devices. Hence, we invite you to download the PC or MAC software available on MyKronoz website" That means if you phone isn't compatible, well, your SOL.

Not very interesting! I bought ZeFit3 to ba match with samsung health app. But doesn't sync through the app! Very bad. Also when I had a sit but I move my hand with watch it counts step!!!

Its running smoothly to me I put 4 stars because it need more supported languages for example I can't see my Greek messages there are a lot missing characters

My watch will no longer pair with my device. It worked well for about a month or so, now nothing. Also, you have to sign in everytime you close the app, there's no "remember me" option. Very unreliable, which is unfortunate.

Very unreliable software. One day it works like a charm, other day nothing works as it should be.

First night with watches I woke up at 5 a.m. (turned sleep mode 6 hours before) and it showed like I achieved my 8 hours goal, then woke up at 6 and it showed that I slept 23 hours, what??? Later after 5th attempt to sync data, I finally saw that in app actually quite correct info about sleeping. It constantly unpair even when phone 10 sm close. And counting more steps, than I do. All this happened in first 12 hours of using... I am very disappointed

I have tried several times to reset my watch. It is stuck on the screen with the +and circle around it in green. Everytime there is a new update, I have to struggle with the same situation. I really need some help. I already had to return my husbands watch, hopefully i wont have any problems

Fails to allow export of data, frequently fails to sync even when devices are 10cm apart. Watch is unreliable in its readings

Software glitch on my first day using it?? I have 'updated' the same update 4 times. I will be returning this :/

Keeps accurate step!

Firstly the app disynics with the watch very often. Second it sudenly resets all the stats for the day. And last but not the least why are enforced to enable the gps after the newest update.

It hardly ever syncs to my watch and now the app login screen keeps stating "failed" when logging in with Gmail and/or Fb, when I've logged in every time with Gmail with no issues.

Won't connect with my Zefit3HR, very annoying.

I can't update to firmware 3.8. It shows me I have an update but then it freezes.

Very cheap knock off. Within first 24-48 hours the emails and texts wouldn't show. Not only that I do alot of driving and as I would be going down the road it would be adding steps. Would NOT recommend this product to anyone, I wouldn't even buy it for my kids to play with.

When I tap on the face to open up, it doesn't always open up. It's frustrating when it happens. When switching to other screens it does not always switch back to the previous screen or even the home screen. There are bugs in this smartwatch that should have been testing before it went out on the market. My Striiv smartwatch works better than this Zefit3.

I have a zefit3hr since saturday, but have not been able to use it at all. At the moment i cannot login to the app. So if there was a stability issue, it is not fixed at all. I was able to login when i signed up, but then was not able to pair. So i left the app & ever since i get the failure message.

I read all the reviews after purchasing my ZeFit3hr and I honestly got really worried when I received my watch. Connecting was no problem, syncing is not an issue at all, battery half way down after around 40 hours of use, calculating a bit more steps than I actually do - but all in all, working exactly how I expected it to! It is not in the area of the FitBit Charge or Apple watch, but for that price I am more than satisfied! I am also impressed with the sleep mode and how it recognizes my sleep pattern! Only minus, when I sleep or move a lot, the screen turns on and lights up - my poor boyfriend woke up by a shiny watch in his face! So please don't get turned off my all the negative reviews, it doesn't apply for everyone.

It is doing ok for the 2 weeks that I have it. It has notifications for fb, Twitter, viber, whatsapp and read them but only if it is in english. It does not recognize Greek letters. It would be good if it did that in the future. Does not read emails, only show them how many you've got. If you have anti lost on then you have to have your phone ON you at all times, it's frustrating. If you go 1-2 meters away then a triangle appears enough times to make you disable it. Battery life not good. I have in on lowest brightness and needs to to be charged in 2 days time. If I needed an another smartphone to charge every day I would buy one. The sensitivity of the touch screen is good, but some times it does not respond to the icon you want but the next one to it, maybe my fingers are different I don't know. Also if you have weird sleeping position sometimes the sleep mode gets deactivated due to the pressure during sleep. Needs a lot of work to be done.

Music controls do not work, got LG V20. Email and text notification works but I can only read text messages but not email.

It seems that the watch will last less than 24 hours and you will not be able to use it. I thought I was having issues with the app and maybe it wasn't synced with the watch but it's not the problem. The unresponsive screen will make you want to throw it or of a 5th floor window. Skip it and but a fitbit

I just bought ZetFit 3 HR and after a complete recharge of the gadget, I am trying to connect it to my Android phone for more than 3 hours already but without success. My phone is Lenovo A7010 running on Android 6.0 Any ideas how to pair it?

I will update my rating after they fix the music control. It's not working on Huawei p9lite Update: One month later, still no fix. 3months later... This looks like an absolete product. No fix. No more updates. Wasted money.

Ordered my Zefit 3 HR online at Khol's,just got the watch last night . Download the application ,setup username and password. Today can't login .Change password and still can't login. I unstalled and installed still can't login .All I get is system Failed message . What kind of crap is this ?

It won't pair to my phone. So far, it's useless. I'm starting to think I've wasted my money

I cant delete sleep or steps added wrong.

I have tried everything that I have read online. turning notifications on and off, re pairing, using a pin on the reset button, uninstaling the app and redownloading it. absolutely nothing will fix it. my zefit3 hr will not show any notifications or calls. it does everything else that it's supposed to do, as far as I know, but no matter what we try it will not get the notifications to work. it never notifies me, and the notification button shows a screen displaying "Empty." also when I leave the app (not close the app, just hit the home button) the watch displays a red triangle with a "!" in it. it does this every single time I leave the app. I am using a samsung galaxy s6. please help, thank you.

App doesn't seem to work, sign up and log in both not working. Excited when I got it but very dissatisfied now. Looks like I'm not the only with this issue too - EDIT - app logging in now but the syncing between mobile and device is still not stable. Bluetooth pairing is being disconnected constantly and thus not reliable. Moreover device battery life drains drastically as soon as it reaches 25%

I tried to login and appears Failed message also today even when I'm reading in comments that high traffic problem was solved. Also try uninstalling and installing app again but same message. Yesterday I was able to sing up via web in my lap but no luck in my phone.
