This app is horrible, the main reason I wanted to have a watch that counted your steps was to have it sync the information to my phone for tracking...that would be awesome wouldn't it? Anyway it will show me as the day goes on what my steps are but you best believe once midnight hits and it "resets for the next day" my steps show as zero for the day before.... that is the main purpose of this damn watch how the heck do you manage to screw that feature up in your app? And communicating with their help desk....joke as well....very very disappointed...

If you don't want answering from watch the only way is turn off Bluetooth, it's very ridiculous. Totally this watch isn't good

When update the firmware, pedometer stopd and its icon fades on screen! This app is not so good!

Hello . I program records the amount of steps but the next day yesterday registered value becomes zero. what's wrong?

The clock didn't start at all. The app is working but it will exclude any other app, or BT ear piece or anything else from pairing...

Many errors cannot connect email Facebook etc. No step count please fix it.

Why it's not have sleep monitoring ? Must have it . Update to do this please .

My ZeClock cannot pair with moto g4 plus. This app don't see the zeclock on the list.

Just got the watch and can't even use it because the system crashes every time I try to install the app. Can't use the watch without the app. (If you're still having trouble with you're watch and this crappy app, I found a fix. I installed Android Wear from the playstore and my watch works fine now. Hope this helps)

1. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are not to be found anywhere. Not from the app, not from Google Play. The ones from their website are applying if you make an account in order to purchase a product - that's it. What happens with all the data their app is accessing on your phone in order to function is not clear. 2. Advertised features would probably work with the latest watch firmware, but the app fails to perform the FW update. 3. Given the following: a) 9 days since I emailed about the TOS and PP issues, with no answer b) how long some of the other customers waited for a fix c) the current app rating, I decided to both return the watch and uninstall this amazing piece of software. Please don't bother to reply.

Notification/voice control/pedometer/find my phone and anti lost alert are dont work!

App a dire poco pietosa, tantissimi bug, addirittura la versione precedente funziona meglio dell'ultima!con questa qualsiasi cosa appare nella barra notifiche viene segnalata dall'orologio!inutilizzabile! Non posso dare -1 stelle Assistenza pietosa segnalati i numerosi bug aperto ticket...nessuna risposta ..aspettato alcuni giorni! inoltrato sollecito nessuna risposta! Poi qui quando mettete parere negativo dicono di contattarli! Assolutamente da evitare!Acquistato e esercitato diritto di recesso dopo 5 giorni! peccato perché l'orologio è veramente fatto bene e funzionale ma il software come dicevo dire acerbo è fare un grosso complimento!Vi faccio un esempio nella versione vecchia si potevano selezionare i programmi che dovevano essere notificati nell'ultima esiste semplicemente la distinzione chiamate, sms , social e calendario!

Software udate fails and voice command simply do not work same goes for alarms. Also a question is there any way to also see the message not only get notified of it?

It is impossible to register because the check box for terms and conditions is too small and cannot be pressed.

most of the features of the app don't work. i wish someone made an alternative to the official app.

I don't why there is no Anti-lost functionality in my application and also find me button and camera are not working. there are a lot of bugs in app. Unfortunately I receive all kind of notification despite of that I turn them all in the app so I have to turn the vibration off because it is too disturbing. And there is no tell time features on my watch if there is no sch thing why they put in watch catalog or their commercials. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ rep to MyKronoz I already did that three days ago and my request number is 33401 but I have not relieved any feedback --------------------------------------------- I don't why you don't bother yourself to answer my inquiry . To : support team you promised to me to correct soft ware in two previous weeks but I cant see any change or any new software im sorry for myself to buy this proudact with this weak support I cant upgrade frimware and I cant change ring mode as other users pls do any thing...

Basically, the watch itself is fine. It shows the time and date and is very accurate in doing so. The problems appear when trying to update the firmware, to make it buzz when a new email arrives, to show facebook notifications... basically, it does not do anything it was described as being able to do. I contacted the support and still waiting for a response. Pretty sure I won't get a response by posting this either. I'm not ranting over here, but as long as you advertise your product to do various tasks, please make sure it really performs.

I tried opening the app and I got a black screen for 0.1 second then back to the home screen I tried re downloading the app again and again but it just does not work FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I cant change ring mode to vibrate or silent or any other mod and I cant upgrade frimware it starts to upgrade and watch resatart but the frimware has no change
