I've been using your app for a year or more, but for several days now it's not working, even when I force refresh it. It looks like others are saying the same thing so I guess it's not just me. Just wanted to let y'all know I'm having the same issue too. Even though it's not currently working, I did rate you at a 5 because it really is an amazing app. I've really loved it & appreciate all the hard work you've put into it! Can't wait to be able to use it again! :)

I have been using JW Pod. for about 1 yr. This week all the download data disappeared so it doesn't work anymore. I tried the data refresh, even reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Pls fix. This has been a great tool to keep up on my bible reading and literature. And making good use of time during commute.

This is app was an extremely helpful app. However lately it has been deleting the audio files so I continuously have to reinstall the app to make the files reappear. This time I redownloaded and NO content appeared. So, I SINCERELY hope all is well with the App. Developer. If it is, if possible could you please restore the wonderful app. you made?

First I want to say I really love this app thank you for all your hard work. I do listen to the bible and other books when I am at work. I just wish when I stop it, it will save my spot. Also unlike other apps I can't stop or play using my wireless earphones.

This great to listen to the only thing that the Bible have not been updated yet but it do have the same meaning that the new Bible have. Now I can't get it to download anything, it's was working fine but when I updated it lost all of it. I delete it and download it again and can't get the books back. If someone no what I can do let me know. Thanks

Great app. Really useful. But would really benefit from utilizing the play/pause buttons on most headsets. I always listen thru a headset and don't want to take my phone out when I want to pause it for a few seconds

The podcast was and is my morning worship but everything was deleted. I am devastated. Please find someway to restore the downloads. I refresh but nothing happens on either my kindle or Samsung tablet. Please help.

I recently updated and I lost everything and when I try to force download, it will say files 15 out 17 are being downlaoded but will kick out without saving anything. Please fix. I have a Galaxy Note 4. Thank you.

I've been using this programme for a number of years, now all of a sudden it emptied it's self out and will not update again.What's happening? Has it got a virus? It was a great app!

EDITED *** I had to downgrade this app from 4 stars to 1 star. The app completely stopped working and now has no content. Basically it has become worthless. Very sad. I emailed the developer but have yet to receive a response. ***

If you are not able to support or update your app could you please remove it so we know that it is no longer available. It will be missed. I know many of us enjoyed it. But end it's availability if it is being ended. Thank you for when it did work. It is not working anymore.

I loved it, then it stopped working. Will give it another try. I just tried it again and it still doesn't work. If you want me to purchase it, I will bc it's worth it to me but it has to work first. Please fix it.

This app had been very helpful and used often. But now everything is gone. Please let me know if this app is discontinued or if it's a problem that will be fixed. My husband is legally blind and We can easily find and listen to the recordings. Thank you for your help.

This was my go-to app. Super user friendly and much much easier than downloading it to my Google play library... a month and a half ago it deleted all the content.. Please fix this app?

I love listening to magazines and books at night when I'm going to sleep. It quiets my mind and helps me prepare for mtgs. Unfortunately it has stopped working and now I can't listen to anything! Please fix it. ..

At this point doesnt even deserve 1 star its a shame you cant or wont fix this , it was the best by far to use many enjoyed it. please be responsible and do something or reply what the problem is and maybe someone can help fix it

It was so convenient having the latest downloads in one place especially in the car. Now it seems all the links are broken. Great shame

I absolutely LOVE this app! However it deleted all of my content a few days ago and I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I use this app every day and I am hoping you guys work out the bugs soon! Thanks for this app!

I totally love this app but, a little over a wk now all the downloads have been deleted and you cannot get the app to "force refresh." I truly hope this is a temporary issue and we will have this app back shortly.

I love this app. I have 1 problem. My phone is Galaxy s4. For some reason it won't download any literature. I have refreshed several times but nothing shows up. Is there anything I can do

This is a gr8 app but there seems to be a problem. It keeps deleting all publications and then when you try to do a data refresh it bombs out at 88%. I have even tried reinstalling the app but it still does not work

Helps keep my mind on spiritual things while driving and working. But it stopped downloading at September 2015...please fix! I use this app everyday

I used to love this but a few days ago I lost everything on the app and cannot get anything back. Please put this right so I can use it again. I used to use the app every day. I would love to give 5 stars and when it is fixed I will.

Keeps saying that I have no publications in my language. Used to work on my s4. But won't on my galaxy note 4

I am trying to find out whether this app work anymore. None of my literature is showing now. Every time I hit force refresh, my literature still don't pull up on the app.

I love this app. But I'm really sad because all my downloads deleted I can't refresh it won't work. I really hope soon this app will fixed so all can enjoy listening. CP

Brothers, What happened? My husband and I listened to the WT Study last night. Now everything's gone! We use this daily. Please fix this! Agape.

I've been using this app for a couple of years, but this past week it deleted all the downloaded items on the app so I uninstalled it. Will wait for a while and try it again later

This is the easiest way for me to keep up with all my reading and it recently not only stopped downloading new content, it deleted what I already had. Fortunately I have it backed up and restored my data but I still can't update. Please fix this!

I used this app to keep up with all my reading, especially during my hour commute to and from work. I could link my phone thru the car speakers and listen to something so much spiritually better than morning radio shows. How sad it stopped working. I hope whomever makes this app will fix the problem. I keep hoping i will get an app update suprise for a newer version. I really miss this app.

It was working good but now it deleted all my download and I can't listen to anything I really hope y'all can fix it. I use it for my morning readying and studying please fix it.

Not sure what happened since the 2 months or so. Everything is now deleted. The same thing happened when the society uploaded their new privacy policy information. But eventually it came back up . I hope this gets fixed soon because I listen to my magazines every night before I go to bed .

Now it doesn't work I even uninstalled and reinstalled I've emailed the ones that made it but haven't heard anything I don't know what's going on with this app but I really wish it would work again

I just want to know if the app will ever be fixed. While it had several good feature now is just displaying an error failing to download content or even reading the current db. Please respond in order to find another replacement.

I love this app so much. I am bummed that the content has recently deleted and I have not been able to download it. It is great to listen to the magazines during a long commute to work. My only complaint is that it is August and this year's yearbook has not been added to listen to.

This is a good app for listening to material. It has a book I can't find elsewhere. If you would just develop this app for Windows phones it would make me very happy!? What has happened? All content is GONE! I've deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail!

This is my favorite! I have used this app to stay up on all my studies for 2 years, but it has quit dowloading articles and even deleted some I'd already listened to. I pray it gets fixed. I miss you JW PODCASTER!!

This was my go-to for listening to publications. It would automatically change tracks and never hang. Now it is not loading. If it will not be maintained it should be taken off of the store.

I loved this app but it just stopped functioning and deleted all of my content without notice. I haven't been able to restore it. Is there an explanation?
