Great app. Outside and inside Christmas lights can now be switched on and off without climbing around behind the TV and visiting the garage. They now switch themselves on and off automatically and can be overridden from the sofa

it comes with no instructions and I can't see on the website where I can create a login (which the app doesn't offer the option of either). Surely it would occur to anyone programming this that you need to guide people?

Installed and tried to run the app but it asked for log in details instead of create an account, so useless, maybe add create an account so people can use it maybe

I purchased HE840IP box and connected my phone via this app. It does not show rooms, scenes or devices I added to the box. Interface design is poor and not user friendly.

But works fine. Room for improvement like multiple users, actual status of a switch/dimmer or other. Widget would be nice

Forgeting all the awful issues with the hardware and firmware, this app annoyingly starts from the logo screen every time you hit the icon. " Completely shut off your devices via remote control, instead of just using standby! " - but your home easy socket is now draining power too :) and I just worked out you can't use a dimmer unless you treat it as a switch, only On or Off work, not ℅ and a dimmer won't work at all in a scene unless it's on or off and it was learnt from a dimmer remote!
