Worst app customer not able to update address as wrong address is updated in hatway app time waste

Not able to recharge digital TV. Click on pay now takes back to login page everytime.

Unplanned, substandard app. Just like their service and products. Substandard quality of equipment.

Can't log in just by mobile number. online payment is much simpler

Bunch of cheats. Do NOT subscribe with these robbers. Handed me a faulty modem upon installation. Charged me for 3 months subscription and the internet did not work even for a day. They close requests even without the engineer visiting. Stopped replying to my emails when asking for a refund. Pathetic customer service. I repeat DO NOT subscribe with them.

I wanted to buy subscription for star sports select hd 1 and 2 for this month. These channels don't appear in the search list. Bad experience. Please fix. I downloaded the app only for this purpose and it has turned out to be completely useless.

I got this connectio for 900/pm for three months and rate is for one year fixed now after three months rate rivesed you people demand 1700/- per month what a cheat company is Hathway why false promises. Don't do like this this will ruin your reputation.

Poor customer support for tv cable. Phones are always busy. Even if it rings no body lifts it. No where customer care numbers are available.pathetic.

Sir apki broadband service itni bad hai ki 4 din se complaint hinsol nehi hoti ease damage kisi company ki condition nehi hai yadi aisi team hai to aap company n chala kar road show karne lago wo accha hai. Aapki company ki service to kabhi leni hi nehi chahiye.

Complaint not attend properly not able watch movies, serials since last 4 days, you think customer should pay their dues timely but In Service never give priority to customer

This company deserves no stars at all. None of their channels for comminications work. They charge you for the HD channels but service is pathetic and you can neither complain via Contact Centre nor via app. I am lodging a formal complaint with the consumer forum today and will put up the details here shortly.

Please help disconnect Hathway cable. I had raised a request 10 days ago. the status says resolved. Set top box isn't working and none contacted me as yet. Tried calling the number which keeps ringing for 15 min. Tried Bangalore number which never gets connected. Finally downloaded the app and complaint doesn't get registered. Fed up of hathway. please let me know the procedure to disconnect.

Really a very Bad experience I had with cable department. I have written Nodal desk for assistance on this issue but there is no communication from your end. Hence, I am giving 1star rating because for poor service

Really bad experience......dirty service.....HyD call centre which is available with app....is ringing but no one is answering....since three days.....in such a worst condition why don't we go for otherDTH? I am strongly suggesting pls. don't prefer hathway

I seriously don't understand why you guys still exists in the market????? I've been calling your number and it says busy on another call, in the next attempt it rings but no one answers. No sony channel working, worst customer service disaster service. Will switch to airtel at the earliest

NO PACKS FOUND ERROR.... The update doesn't show any drop down to select plans. Is this some kind of a joke? Why harass customers?

No matter one tries for a login, be it mobile number or account number, the app will say invalid. Don't waste your time using it. Rubbish app. Oh I am using the broadband and a valid user, btw.

For any renewal contact the local operator, why have the app then? Can't change anything from the app. Add to it the non existing services and fraud local operators.
