Green Star for Android
Doesn't log you in and the company helpline doesn't help! Rubbish app and rubbish company. If you are with them SWITCH!
The version of the app I've downloaded is quite pointless. It shows a current balance but it won't let me submit meter readings stating that there are no meters linked to my account (although they're clearly shown in the Account tab). A phone call to Green Star confirms that I do have meters linked to my account but it's just not reflected on the app. I'm a new'ish customer of Green Star having transferred from Scottish Power and so far I'm not overly impressed. No update since January 2017! (This review has been posted on 30th May 2017)
Won't submit meter readings. My account is recognised and app loads up fine but keeps telling me to check the meter again as there is a problem. Ended up calling the automated line to submit and same thing. Had to wait till after the weekend to talk to someone as no weekend working. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with my readings and would check my account, all confirmed ok. And here I am again a month later with the same problem. Also my readings from last month that I had given over the phone to a human being are not shown on the app so no idea if they have actually been recorded. UTTER RUBBISH!!! Update: thought, I know will try it with my iPad instead of android..... nope, exactly the same
Just won't let you log in keeps hanging at retrieving account details, was working in previous versions. Waste of time now.
Just downloaded tells me no internet when I try to login. Tho I've definately got a connection.
I phoned you lot dial to I've just put my email addresses and it won't work and I'll put a password in it won't work either and I gave it on start
Why can't I use my own password without any special letters
Day one of transfer and all account details there BUT could not submit meter readings. Bit poor from the start then.

Won't let me log in.....keeps saying "error try again"!!! What's the point of making an app if it doesn't work for christ sake.
Stopped working says no Internet connection then my email address and or password incorrect no way of giving meter readings will go with another supplier when contract is finished.
Downloaded app to update readings and had no problems whatsoever
Says I have no Internet connection when I have an excellent connection.

Would not take readings. Poor app
Login endlessly spins the loading icon, or refuses to allow a password to be typed. Tried to register first in case it uses a different login from my website account, but no it says my email address is already in use. Not good...
The app tells me to enter a 7 digit electricity meter reading but only allows me to input 6 digits - it then tells me it's too short (!) I have to call Green Star to provide meter readings. Poorly designed
Wanted to input meter readings so downloaded the app, logged in easily, and submitted the readings. Quick and easy and had no problems.
If you're going to make an app, I imagine the number 1 priority is to make sure people can use it. I can't even log in.

It says my account number doesn't match with my phone number. Trying to email the developer and it gets blocked. Frustrating when you can't use it!!!

Easy to use, much better than logging into account from a computer. Good layout.
Finally I can keep an eye on bills and submit meter readings on the go. The app so far is smooth, and works like it should.
