I was excited to use this app when I was told I'd get a discount on my rides, and I did not receive one. I tried to email the company a few times to find out why, so I could know how to get it next time, but I was ignored...I was not looking for a refund or anything. Just some information. This was my go-to taxi, but this experience has turned me off. So dissapointing!
