About How to Quit Bad Habits
No pain, no gain. The list of bad habits can be as long and heterogeneous as we can imagine, and although we may be reluctant to admit, almost everybody have at least one bad habit we would like to quit. But then, what makes us not to? The most common approach for quitting a bad habit tends to go down the road of repression and self-control. But why isn't this always efficient?
