Worst app ever. App shows one rate and person calls up and says something over the sky.. just making a fool out of people. Don't ever download this app , just waste of time and energy. You all should take this app down serious. Negative rating to the core of infinity

Guys recently I made a 2 days booking for a hotel in Coorg using this rightstay and when I reached hotel I was allowed to checkin only on the 2nd day of my checkin date as on the first day they didn't get any communication from rightstay. I urge and request all of u to please never never use this app or MakeMyTrip as they will ruin ur holiday plans and will not even process ur refund even after cheating u

They canceled the confirmed booking just one day before my trip and on top of that they offer me a shity replacement me and top of that they had the audacity to ask me for more money never had this bad customer service ever before

Tried to book a hostel for a group of friends in GOA. They accepted payment without even confirming from the host and are apologizing now. Very unprofessional. Not using this again.

Booked a room. Debited amount from my account but they are not confirming the rooms and asking for more money. Dont use this service

I have been using MMT PAST 4 YEARS BUT EVERY TIME AM GETTING WORST HOTEL ALWAYS.MMT IS A CHEATER DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM HERE, THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM MMT

Pathetic!! If you are not a Facebook user you cannot sign up to book rooms!! Why an sponsor like MMT builds such a crap!!

Loved how manybiptionsnof stays I got. Had the most amazing time with my family in a homestay and then with my friends in a Villa!! Thanks for the memories, Rightstay! Big Fan!

Horrible experience. They confirmed me the availability and ask me to book a property in Ooty. After the payment I did not receive any confirmation from their side. When I call backed they say that host wants more money. Never ever go with Rightstay. My first experience is such a bad one

Worse app and Worst cust supp team. Talk talk about integrity but are a big time cheater. Actually name should be changed to Wrongstay instead of Rightstay. No way to yield any response from supp once money is deducted from your account. They just act dumb if u call. And chat facility is a deserted place Nobody responds. I got mugged by them.

Nothing is stipulated in this app..you will never receive what they show in pictures had a milignant experience . I went to rishikesh and booked room before leaving .they confirmed my booking at that time .after reaching there i got to know that was not my room and place what i booked.I had words with hotelier and he said booking was not confirmed by rightstay and hotel was sold out.i tried to contact rightstay but my booking went to haywire.i had to comeback at same night because of unavalaibilty of rooms due to heavy rush on festivals.so NEVER ever book hotel from RIGHTSTAY.

Horrid experience for allappey. They have no say on what the host does and do not even guarantee an alternate. I booked a single room houseboat and paid full amount of 8k during booking. During check-in the host asked for 5k extra and rightstay took his side. Then a mmt rep called up and said they would refund the amount. They left me without a hotel in a new place and haven't yet refunded my money.

Quite resourceful & user friendly

Horrible experience for my stay in Goa. Our group went with lots of expectations for the stay, that being a part of MMT it would be great. Greenwood Meadows, Candolim was suggested frm the agent of rightstay. Assuring that it had never had any complaints !!! The most horrible place to be in Goa is this place. the right stay team shall have known that the host is a crazy person. Who has no idea of how to be hospitable. Screams on guests..Not ready to give any extra second after the check out time!! What the hell was that !! I had clearly mentioned that flight is late so we will need an hour or two extra. We checked in late that was fine But for check out they came after us like crazy. The amenities are there but shan't be used damn!!! Washing machine leaked the whole room was wet We ourselves cleared it. And then this crazy host says no the machine was not to be used was just to be kept!! Pay up for the stupid mattress Bloody ₹2000 bucks !! For a single mattress that might merely costing ₹350 In pools we got our clothes and still he was like noooooo u have to be in proper swim wear Unable to understand what is proper swimwear. When we tried speaking we got a reply that security would be called and we will be thrown out !!! Wow. What a great place! The manager the crew the people working for them every single person is crazy and rude and arrogant. Horrible experience. To hell with them
