Disappointed in the app. Tried to report a problem and the app crashes 4 times. It reset the app and I had to start again. Very annoying.

What the hell has happened to the decent app there was? No reports pages. I used the old version of the app and was great, now just like any other council services lip service and no action or ways to make it better. Zeig Hiel to the latest batch of council names.

Impressed. I reported some potholes and they had been repaired the next day.

Map won't let me report different location, keeps defaulting to my current location in spite of typing in another address!

Nowhere to report stank or gulley problems. It was in the version last year.

You are better phoning as basically, this app doesn't work. If you are one of the lucky ones who managed to wade through it, you should be congratulated for your stamina and perseverance !

Great app does the job and allows tracking of report and file log.

Removed the reporting of blocked road drains from the app.

this app has the potetial to be something decent. but it is too cumbersome and throws up random errors without a description. Couldn't submit any light faults.

Great idea, but why on earth is there no feedback section for members of the public? We are limited in what we can do...Expand and let others contribute...With ease. Few bugs for the Devs to fix but cannot see anywhere to report this. Please feedback to your team, it's a great idea but limited in ways. Cheers

The app is good and allows easy reporting of issues as per above. Behind the scenes there is no business process to get the issue resolved. Immediately after submission you will get an email saying how long it will take to resolve (a SLA) but this is rarely, if ever, met. Bins and road faults I have reported have all been closed and effectively ignored despite saying they would be resolved in a few days. GCC need to create and appropriate feedback loop for submissions to this app.

The ability to pick a location when using a map is not possible using Android version.

Mainly use it to report broken street lights (there are so many) and so the pick map option is the best option for that. Half of Sauchiehall St lights sorted within 4 days. Flytipped goods collected in 3 days. Would be useful to have some council contact info for the services you can't do on the app like noise issues.

Numerous updates still doesn't work. Allows you to "report" missed bin collections. Unfortunately, all that happens is you get a few automated messages but nothing actually happens. Either the messages don't actually get through to the council or when they get them, they just ignore them. I suppose it does deserve the mandatory 1 star as it does mean you don't get reported for swearing at the staff on the phone. Recently updated to make it even less user friendly!

Be very wary of this app. Instead of uploading the picture taken via the app, it uploaded the previously taken photo on my phone! This is only shown after your report is submitted, and there is no way to delete what you've uploaded!

Have called the council help line and used the application but there is total darkness outside for many weeks..and no word to advise me why

Crap. Tried to organize a bulk uplift twice. Cases closed on app and no communication from council. Stuff still sitting at collection point a month later. This mat be more indicative of the council themselves than the app developers though.

Map is a bit of a nightmare to use, and only managed to report missed bins after inputting my address. Now we'll see if it goes through! Terrible spelling errors. Tenament?

I think this app is a great idea

Requested to make a bulk uplift at my property. The process of using the app is commendable. However, the council have not yet carried out the work and the app has listed it as a closed case. The app allows no direct way to contact the council or the department dealing with the request. Upon contacting the council they have no record of my request and the reference number given by the app is unknown to them. The app is useless and a sham don't waste your time with it.

Go to report where the problem is, and it starts with a map of Africa, utterly failing to load a map of where the council actually operates. The dog

As useful as a chocolate fireguard. A report which was a dangerous issue reported a week ago and still nothing. I eventually call in to be told there is no report even though I have an open report and reference number. Also the bins weren't collected and it's been closed down but the bins are still lying there ripped apart by vermin. Don't like that no updates given on reports nor a reason/solution added when closed.

The new interactive map does not allow tge user to select anything other than the current location .

Impossible to select locations on map, and sidebar does not help. Your app doesn't work.

the previous version wasn't bad, but I've given up on this. No way of reporting faults I've come across. Nothing for cycling in Glasgow. Too cluttered and trying to be all things to all.
