Too unwieldy. 5 installs for 5 chapters. I'd suggest one app that's updated over time for additional chapters. App seems OK but doesn't have enough grammar for people studying jlpt n4, n3, n2, n1. Not quite pro production quality... No menu for "about" etc. If you want to find out more, you'll have to come back to the Google play store.

The app uses three languages. It should be made more clear because most people are expecting this to be just Japanese with an English explanation, when in fact it contains a Chinese translation as well. If you're unfamiliar with the languages (which you probably are if you're using this), it can easily get confusing. I did like how simple it was but as mentioned before I feel like this is better off combined into one app that contains all the chapters.

E70%
by E####:

Pretty simple, pretty short, thus PRETTY GOOD. More example sentences please.

Y70%
by Y####:

simple, better if with some practice.

N70%
by N####:

I expect more examples. Can you do that, please? And the word ( 是 ) doesn't mean 'to be' why would you replace it for ( wa - desu )? The first lesson. ( 不是 ) or ( 是 ) is Chinese, not Jp. Don't fool me!

M70%
by M####:

"there are way too many kanji , 1/5" ,well if you would take a closer look you would see that that basically are kanji but in chinese ( so hanzi or kangxi) bc it doesnt have a single hiragana character ... and the chinese is nicely seperated from english and japanese

N70%
by N####:

Although for those who dont know they only use kanjis in china and they are the same used in japan but have different pronounces and sometimes different meanings but sometimes the same meaning. So quit complaining because japanese is full of kanjis :)

N70%
by N####:

Please add the furigana and it will become a great app.

Too many kanji. Should be only in hiragana for non speakers.

It was a wonderful way to learn japanese, thank you!

S70%

not enough examples

N70%

I love how the basics are broken down, and that you offer examples for everything. I also really enjoyed the fact that there was no romaji, and that kanji and furigana with both katakana and hiragana were used instead. Thank you developers.

B70%

Simple and easy to remember. You should add romaji for the people that haven't learned hiragana or kanji yet.

not helping...

Too many kanji. Should be only in hiragana for non speakers.

It has hiragana now. A great improvement.

W70%
by W####:

It is better to add romaji. I recommended this app to my friend. But he still can't remember hiragana. So, i think it is better to add romaji. Or maybe we can select with romaji / hiragana ^^

S70%
by S####:

Particles are used by software... however these particles should b blank and to b filled by user...

N70%
by N####:

For those that saw kanji and got confused, this app is teaching in English AND in Chinese! The kanji that you saw here are are actually Chinese directed for Chinese learners. Unfortunately it doesn't have romaji which would help alot more.

N70%
by N####:

Love it! I did notice the Chinese translations at the bottom. No need to 1 star because of that people!

N70%
by N####:

It has kanji

X70%
by X####:

It got start to the point on the things I needed help on but other people may need a little more of some explanations. I like how its not completely in like romaji because that wont get me anywhere in my studies

E70%
by E####:

This app assumes that we go through every step and memorise all hiragana. lots of kanji. who did they design this app for? if someone can read all kanjis, means that he already knows japanese

U70%

One of the worst app to learn japanese.
