Features:
-Invite friends and family: You send an invite through the app. Guest would receive a unique passcode with the invitation through SMS. Guest enters the passcode at your gate and gets seamless entry. No need to step out of your car and enter details in the register! Saves time and is 100% safe.
-Manage daily helps (maid, cook, driver, electrician, plumber, etc.): Only background verified helps are allowed entry. You can easily find out if your maid has come to the apartment but is yet to visit you. You can now hire domestic helps after viewing ratings and comments your fingertips Their time spent inside the apartment is tracked. If they overstay, the security get an notification on his mobile.
-Notify gate: This feature enables you with a two way digitised communication with the gate, eliminating the need to reach out for an intercom. Eg: You want a let the security know, if you are handing over any items to your domestic helps etc.
-My Arrivals (food and e-commerce delivery): You can have a clear track of the expected visitors for the day. You can also reschedule or cancel a visit.
-My Apartment: You can read your notice board, find contact details of committee members, your neighbours and get emergency contacts.

Delay in approval request makes guests waiting at gate. If such an app to be useful, this has to be near real time. Another big flaw is the calls from myGate, if you disconnect the call for any reason, the app considers it as an approval. I think the app needs some major redesign and bug fix.

I really liked your app. But I have a small suggestion. So for me at home I have got two phones. It would be nice to have a day eintercom number and night eintercom number as many houses might have different phone numbers to use for different times

This app works only for apartments with smart access controls systems in place; otherwise exit and entry details are error prone. Many times it hangs while in operation. The menu and interface can improve a lot Simply deploying the app at the gate is not enough either. In order to have a proper security system, the app needs support from smart access control systems.

This app is a nice one to track visitors and daily help. Few things that can be improved are: - The dialog box that asks for approval/denial of visitors entry should confirm once if Deny is selected. Also there should be a way to revert the selection. - The phone number of visitors should be shown on the page where other information is displayed. This is particularly useful when courier boys come to deliver and we need to contact them for any reason. Otherwise it's a well made app. Good job!
