I'm from India. Got my pre-booked Note 8 yesterday. To avail free wireless charger I logged in with same number used for pre-booking, not able to see offer banner. Tried multiple times But no success. I hope it's not fraud by Samsung India!

"SOMETHING WENT WRONG" is the tagline when I open the app and want to get my one time screen replacement scheme activated. Will be totally unworthy of Samsung it this isn't a glitch in their app and they are fooling us with offer

I am unable to download the Screen replacement certificate. It reads 'Something went wrong please try later'. Kindly assist in resolving the same.... Pawan Sherry...

I have reset my galaxy s8 plus after that I updated the divorce.. after that when my galaxy app is opening the front page comes to singup and nothing.. I have already account on my galaxy app but I can't sign in..2nd problem when I signup with my no then error message says too many registration in same handset..so how I can sign in or new sign up..what I do ? Pls help me

Got the note 8 yesterday and today I got the coupon code for free wireless charger on my galaxy app but when I try to apply the coupon on shop samsung it says coupon is not valid. Why Samsung is messing with their services.

I am unable to evaluate my phone in the NOTE 8 Upgrade program. It Says not internet connectivity. Everything else works absolutely fine.

Bought a pre registered Note 8 today in India. Gave my email id and phone number. Trying to download MY GALAXY app and it says " can not download this app in your country. !!!!Please Help & Reply Samsung!!!! Happy that samsung replied and solved my issue. 5 stars

I used your unhelpful samsung fast track service and had to wait 1hr for my turn even after booking an appointment...worst service samsung....very bad.

Very bad service from Samsung, I had purchased ear phones nearly 10 days back and not received yet , when I had paid for it , they had intimated saying that it will be dispatched 2 to 4 working days . When I had called the customer care they are telling sorry and currently we don't have stoke now so give them more 10 days time or I can cancel the order , they will refund the money only within 7 to 21 working days . When they had done the mistake the customer as to suffer . Please do not by from Samsung e-store get it from other online store who keep up delivery time and date .

My assistant is not open after updating my galaxy app. How to enable it ? After removing data and caches from my galaxy app and restart the phone it's now working ok. Thanx

Over all app is good but after updating my Samsung chat stoped working and also i couldn't find any option to track my order details.
