C'est pénible de saisir tous le temps le mot de passe. ça sert à quoi le code pin de protection ? L'ancienne version enregistrait bien les informations de connexion. Sinon une très bonne application ! Réponse de la hotline : utilisez le navigateur du téléphone si vous voulez enregistrer le mot de passe. Du coup je la désinstalle et j'utilise chrome.

The old app worked fine. This app is terrible and getting worse. Actually is making me consider ditching myfox and going elsewhere. The system is good but the app needs to work. It has detiorated vastly over the past couple months. 1. Always when you open the app it has problems. Which force a restart of the app. I have had a few false alarms because I couldn't deactivate the alarm with the app quick enough. 2. I often have to resign into the app. User name and password. Making the experience a pain.

Très bien. Mais la session expire après un certain temps et l'application est inutilisable. Il faut se déconnecter et se reconnecter. Sans cela l'application vaut 5 étoiles.

The old version worked fine. Aesthetically the new app is really nice. But I experience the following problems every day. 1. When opening the app it doesn't load, I have to press back, it crashes then I can restart it. 2. Often I open the app and have to re input my user name and password. This is not cool when I have just opened the front door and need to switch the alarm off.... Or I want to activate it quickly when going out.

Does not refresh status. Always first have to close app to force token refresh!
