Says username/pw is wrong, but they work fine on PC. Had to reset pw and reinstall. Hopefully it makes claims easier!

This app does not tell you what you need a receipt for. You will need to go to the website first to see what you need a receipt for, then go to app.

Easy to use and convenient

I really like being able to submit receipts on the fly. Makes life easier.

Use to be great and super fast with transactions. Now it says the claim is submitted but I call and it isnt . Easier to use the website

I tried logging in, but unfortunately the app is not available with my benefits plan. I wish my benefits plan would get up speed and join us in the 21st century.

The app used to be great. Now, when I try to log in, a message appears recommending that I uninstall.

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled and it still will not accept my user name and password. I followed the directions that were give to me from my company - and I went to the MyFlex website and created a user name and password there (and it works) but no matter what I do I can't log into the app on my phone. I was really looking forward to using this app to submit my claims from places my benny Mastercard is not accepted. Uninstalling until the issue is fixed.

Way better than faxation!!

So easy to use.

The app will not accept snapshots taken with Samsung Galaxy S5. So, its best feature not working makes it useless for me.

couldn't log in

Although I have not submitted anything yet, the install and login went just great. My benefit information shows up correctly and as expected. Can't wait to submit an expense this way.

This app works ok, but once submitted, there is no way to verify if the claim submitted. I entered several claims at once and some didn't go through. There was no way to know this until I noticed the missing claims weren't processed with the others. Better visibility of claims in process would make this app worth it. Until then, use the internet submission method.

I use it exclusively now. Its so "on the go and done"! I wish all my apps worked this well.

Helps me track spending and stay up to date with receipts. Awesome tool.
