DON'T BUY Filip. Doesn't work. The GPS doesn't work. The customer service even worst. They use to have a phone number, now they only have an email and took 2 or 3 day to give you an answer, and the answer is to reinstall the app.

It's ok. It used to send notifications when my kid was in or out of safe zones. Now I have to go into the app every few minutes just to see if my kid is in or out of safe zones. Also, it takes a good while to locate. Other than that I like my kid not having a phone, yet she can still call her parents in emergencies.

Used to be a good watch and app, but now the GPS refresh doesn't work, so it's pretty much useless.

The app isn't formatted to my phone (nexus 6p) in map view I can't change to satellite view or search location. Other than that the app works. I wish there was a sound notification if safe zones were left and entered.

My app tracts my Samsung phone on the map not my daughters! Useless!!

The watch phone is nice, however this app is lacking any features like changing the frequency of the phone updating to any time you see fit. There is no option of changing ring tones and most importantly it has huge delays in updates where your child is location. Update either the app or the watch failed, ended up returning it back. DO NOT BUY.

Android app broken even after reinstall, husbands iPhone app at home works how unhelpful, one of two daughters watches won't even boot up after being charged only shows hi screen, shows dead on app...purchased end of July '16

Now you a can't speak to a service agent when you call filip. Went on a week with no service! Canceled service

Never updates location, map or time. Reset phone and watch several times, still does not work correctly. However the phone and text service work (but that's through my cell provider) so that's good.

App and device are both the worst. Location is far from accurate, so my thought is that no actual GPS is in the device, but uses cellular triangulation instead. Text messages don't go through with full signal strength. Can't shut device off from the app, or the watch. No volume control, can't change ringtone, watch doesn't even light up, battery life is down to 75% after two hours (full reception the whole time). Don't waste your money on the device that goes with this app.

Can't access information or map

The app crashes every time I attempt to use it. It does not track my child's location in real time and does not register most of the address I try to use as safely zones. Not what I expected.

App is always crashing and the watch has to be cleaned every day with alcohol to keep the rust off so it will even charge. I wish we had never gotten this. Now the company wants us to send it back and it may take months to get it back but we purchased through our cell provider and is on our bill monthly. Highly ticked .

The app for the filip 2 has no volume control and the GPS is so far off its useless

App doesn't work. My kid will be in ATT coverage and safe zone area,but when dialing, get disconnect and says he's outside calling area. App crashes.....A LOT.

While the watch provide a lot for us as customers the Android app needs a much need upgrade it doesn't work 90% of the time do something about it

Im using the Nexus 6P. Originally I couldn't even run the app but that was fixed. Now I desperately need to change the safe zones and I cannot because the app crashes every time I hit the + button.

Very spotty service. Cannot find location of device on GPS more times that finding. Left it at school... Could not find it. Kept saying unable. Like really? That's the sole purpose of this thing.

Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, works fine. S7 working now, stopped crashing! Thank you for the much needed software update! Awesome app!

Galaxy note 3. . Use to work great and now the map never locates my child or refreshes. I don't even wanna give it one star

Ya no when it comes to our American kids at least make something worth a crap! This is the most worthless amount of $$ ever spent on something lame that doesn't do what it supposed to do. Can't locate my kids can't keep my children's info in the app. Won't even let me carry on thru the app for setup again and again and again.I'm blown away at how little Filip obviously doesn't care about there crap product! My kids old Gizmos where amazing and Filip sucks! Don't waste your $$

HORRIBLE app. A pain to add more than one device, and RIDICULOUS battery drain

Im using the Nexus 6P. I used to not be able to open the app at all. Now with the latest update I can, however, the app crashes when I try to add safe zones. Thank you for the update to get the app running. Now I patiently await the next update. I hope it's fixed faster this time around!

Edit: it work perfectly after update! Changing to 5 stars. Crashes all the time on S7 with the latest app version.

The location is not accurate all the time. This is how I keep track of my child. Very disappointed hopefully there will be an update that will fix all the problems on the app.

Buyer beware doesn't work on Samsung s7. What a waste of money.

App used to work fine but newest update causes it to crash immediately upon opening. Must be fixed. The watch is useless without the app.

Constant errors. Attempts to uninstall and reinstall are pointless! Horrible Customer service with no suggested resolutions.

My daughter loved it when I had my other phone. But the app doesn't work on my new galaxy s7 so its useless

Not sure what happen. App was working perfectly than it just stop working been trying to get an answer but no luck. Need the app to work! When will this problem be taken care of.

In addition to the crappy battery life with the watch, now the stupid app is not working on my s7. Please update the app so that it is compatible with all galaxy s7's

The app won't load. Ive uninstalled and have reinstalled it numerous of times but i have yet been able to get past the login or now even open the app. Im a single working mom and i rely on this app to let me know when/if my daughter has been picked up. Can you guys please fix this?

My daughter is in Mexico with out me. I thought it would be OK with the watch. But my s6 broke yesterday got new s7 and now I can't communicate with her.

Buyer BEWARE ! Please fix and add a new update so that we can enjoy the use of the device with the galaxy s7 edge. With out the app the device is useless? Paid all that money for a useless device ? Shame on you Filip
