The app is crap. Won't load. Ever. Haven't been able to use if for months because it won't load. Pay 30 dollars a month I think they can get an app to work.

I'd rate this app a zero if I could. It often gets hung up loading. Rarely allows me to log in, but my account is fine using their website. The developers need to learn how to lazy load. I should be able to complete the login process at the very least.

Pin number keeps asking to be reset. A step up from Credit Karma, monitors all your credit accounts, balances, expenses, and even identity theft on dark web. Found that one of my passwords was available for sale on dark web markets the next day. Very valuable service if you have a lot of credit cards, especially if your business uses them a lot.

The login process is horrible. You can set a code but it expires requiring you to basically login the regular way and reset the code up every time. I tried to get around this by using last past to log in but it still bugs me to set up a pin every time. They need to get with the program and allow finger print authentication that doesn't expire after a week or two....

It crashed Galaxy S8 won't load data at all and I just bought the member updates and yous can't give us a working app I'm rethink my decision to pay please fix

$32 a month for phantom alerts, pull your report at an additional $56 and this causes a drop in your score? The site is a rip off, I called for customer support regarding these issues and after telling them pulling my report, on my own should NOT lower my score and having them tell me "but if you pull the report on the same day you get an alert it recalculates everything" but apparently only for one reporting agency? Save your Money. Credit karma is free and is only off a little from myfico. I cancelled, I can think of better things to do with $88 than pay for misleaDing, inaccurate information.

It's good but for the monthly cost and they only update the scores and such every THREE months, we should only have to pay the almost 30 dollars every 3 months when scores are updated. If they updated all every month, I could see maybe paying the fee.

over priced, but has accurate true fico scores. I found out you could cancel sub by sending feedback in app. They were responsive and cordial.

Great for what it is. Annoying to cancel. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops, if i no longer need services for a month to month deal.

I think the app works well as far as signing in,the only problem is it doesn't update your actual credit card balances at all.worth the money to check your actual score at least once but not monthly.

You sell the option to buy a report, but then once bought you cannot access via the app, and only on a desktop. Misleading.

Based on other reviews, I find this app easy to use. Ultimate 3B,1 week in, It opens fine so far with my pin. The reports seem to be very detailed, activity is updated in real time in terms of balance changes. It's somewhat customizable, and hasn't crashed yet. Customer support via the 800 number has been fine so far. Not sure if I'll maintain it very long due to the 29.95 monthly fee. I could be paying a card down with that. Lol

The application works minimally, the UI is terrible though, absolutely no way to mark all alerts as "read" so I always have 400+ alerts. The score displaying wheels don't always work and outright fail displaying a completely wrong score... The service is fine, but the app can use some serious face lift.

Intially the app worked fine scores were updated often.. experian doesn't seem to update at all now .. lots of hang time when loading reports page and trying to go back to the dashboard. ..It's looking like I'll be cancelling my subscription as I'm not getting what I'm paying for

This is NOT a free app to help you manage your credit! It's a scam! Stick to credit karma or other free options. This is a joke.

Stay away from this app. Subscribed to get my score, it worked for a week then it stopped showing my score. Calling customer service was a waste of time. They tell you to reinstall the app or go check on the computer, tried that and still didn't work. Even after all that they still charged me for the next month. Stay clear away guys!!!

After using this app for almost 2 years, I STILL cannot login using my saved pin. Because of this error, it triggers the registration process every time and forces me to login and setup a new pin. Your app is beyond frustrating because of this. Notifications are useless if I have to register a pin every single time I want to check them. Please fix ASAP.

This is it? I expected to see my other FICO scores like mortgage, bank card and auto loan, as well as my purchased FICO 3B (extra report for $50 bucks) with the updated FICO scores for a more accurate simulation. It is cool for a quick glance but I like the regular site better.

Good front facing information at a glance and the monitoring system provides a piece of mind. I am still new to the application maybe after 3 months of use i will follow up.

I love everything except the "Please Wait" while it does nothing on the reports screen. Please fix this. I'm having to uninstall and re-install.

App doesn't allow me to sign in with pin. Every time I log in, I have to put in user name & password then set up pin. Every single time! What's the point?

Myfico app really keeps me up to date with the changes of my credit scores. Any change and you receive an alert, I love that feature.

I couldn't get passed sign in and then told me I had to change a pw for an account I never even set up... smh

Solid app with good interfaces and info. The unlock pin has to be reset every login.

This ap is amazing. It truly is. Myfico is a more accurate reporting system than the free ones. And what people need to remember is that these scores are what the lenders use! Tackling your credit is much easier when youre looking at the the same things lenders are. The scores may update slower, but this isnt the vantage model on credit karma.. the vantage model is useless when looking for a new loan or line of credit because its a fake scoring model set up as a way for CK to make money off of credit card applications. If you want your real scores and know where you really stand in the world of credit, you should track your FICO scores through myfico. And if you think $30/ month is too much then you probably dont need the service.

I loved this app not so very long ago. I still like the amount of information you get using this app. I feel the information is more accurate than some of the other services I have tried. One little quirk is that it keeps marking "read" alerts as "unread". I can live with that the. My problem is that it has been a while since I have been able to use the app. If the app opens on the reports tab, the loading wheel just keeps spinning. I find the app is much more convenient compared to having to log into the website on a computer and I would really love to use it again. Right now I feel like I am paying for something that I cannot use as promised. If this isn't resolved soon I will cancel my subscription and Uninstaller the app.

It worked okay for a while but seems to get buggy when stuck on the reports page, it would just say loading and sit there. Not a fan of how slow the app updates. And credit bureau scoring is just bs altogether...but it's what it is.

Haven't been able to see my scores/reports in weeks. With the amount of money I pay per month to monitor my scores and fraudulent activity, I should not have to keep reloading the app to view my information. Very disappointing. Needs to be addressed and fixed.

Love the app but it updates the information much too slow. My free services update information faster. Myfico is way way way behind. Sucks I pay for the highest they offer and they are 2 weeks + slower if not more. They should put a manual way to check for credit changes.

I wud give 0 stars, when I log in its just loading...loading & loading & does not go further. I had to uninstall the app couple times & install again to see my score. I should get my money back....its total BS.

Worked well for a while, now whenever I start the app and sign in it says "Loading. Please wait" and hangs there. It appears to be trying to load the Reports screen. If they can fix this problem it will be a nice app.

Alerts keep being marked as unread when they already were. Usually I'll tap a couple, and then it will mark all of them as unread. Very annoying! Also, any chance for integrating the forum in with the app?

If you choose the "reports" tab, it will say "loading" forever. Closing and opening doesn't help. You have to uninstall and reinstall. So, don't get this app. The service is good, but use your laptop like an old person until they get around to fixing this bug.
