Fair price where baxi charged me for the same 80 rs. These guys charged 60 so big difference after seeing this definitely would love to give more booking to Mtaxi

I booked one last night.. The app was showing that he was 2 kms away and would take 5 mins to reach.. But when called up he said he is 10 kms away and would take 20-25 mins and said this is a bug in the application, in his words "sir app mei to kuch bhi dekhata hai". I still agreed and waited for 30 mins after that his phone no showed switch off and my ride was active till today morning. No reply from M TAXI TEAM.. I also get an INVOICE and thanx msg for travelling this morning without using the ride.
