AXA Drivesave

Great app. My insurance went down €400. The kms to go goes pretty fast u don't realize. Not much issues with the app u just have to remember to turn on every time but it's a habit u get into. Got score 85 and I'm happy. ;)

Got 5/5 on every trip. Coming to the end of my first 400km it's dipped to 4. Now that I'm passed the 400km threshold it's dropped to 3. That is no coincidence. Especially my last journey I drove perfectly, well within speed limits, gentle acceleration and braking and no harsh turning.

The app was working great for a while. I was 16km away from the 400km now it tells me I have another 97km to go. Also I had 32 journeys recorded and now that has gone down to 26. This app is terrible

Every time I go through a tunnel it thinks I go from 80kmph to 0 immediately and vice versa when I leave the tunnel. Then their staff ring me and say I'm "doing great but I need to work on my braking". On one occasion their staff were very aggressive. Bad service

The pace option is ridiculous does not take into consideration traffic conditions just scores you badly. Constantly deleting trips off of my profile with an error message on scoring does not tell you where you went wrong to maybe try and figure what happened. UPDATE: There is a surprise the day after trips dissappear from my profile I get an email saying I did not meet the requirements for the app even though I got a score of 97 rip off stay clear from this. I could say so much more!!!!!!

1. You have to remember to start it every time you get in the car. 2. It crashes all the time, you lose so many journeys. 3. The accuracy of the app is questionable at best. It starts off giving you nice ratings then slowly tapers them off. 4. It tries to rate you on things that are literally impossible to detect (I'm quite tech savvy, I know this stuff) like positioning at intersections. I am fuming at some of the reviews here going "anyone who rates this badly is a bad driver". No. Its a flawed system.

Good for the discount . Easy to use. Sometimes trips go missing, or "error" so u loose all the data recorded. Won't happen often but it does. Also pace seems to be stuck at30 and won't go over that even if all the other sections have 85+ score. Fix it and I will change my rating :).

My score was 5 for my first 3 trips then it dropped to a 4 which I didn't mind, but I got a 2 for my last trip and it was probably the safest driving I'd done out of them all! I stuck to the speed limit and did no harsh breaking! It said my driving "may be dangerous" but doesn't tell me how! Its suppose to keep your driving safe but its turned me off using the app altogheter. If should tell you what you've done wrong so you can work on it. Fix it!

Blatantly rigged.... Last two months now every month on the exact day it comes up for the reward period score jumps down below the threshold in one go. My score has not changed for over a month, then randomly takes massive jump in one go down to 66... Couldn't be bothered with it anymore until i realised it was the night before the reward date. Take the initial discount don't fool yourself into thinking you can take the full advertised money back. Ridiculous awful app.

I don't know why yous hate so much. Works great for me. Over 4000 kms driven and over 300 trips and my score is 92. Maybe yous should learn how to drive. EDIT: found a real bad bug. Somehow my trips and kms in my profile are going down? Yesterday it said I have 211 trips done and 3400 kms and today it says 205 trips and 3200 kms done... AXA devs yous should look into it... I dont think dmesg or logcat will help so hmm yous should try to investigate this problem. EDIT2: 5 hours later, 202 trips... They Just keep going missing, it's really frustrating, you should fix that.

I used drive aware which worked fine, so thought as that coming to an end would install this but won't let me register says policy details wrong, but not even asking for policy details!

Very good only had one problem some off my trips it says error on them now sometime says in profile but dosent take the millage down just stays the same and now im over my 250 mileage thingy its taking away my mileage in stead of getting higher

Coming to the end of my 90 days and lo and behold my suspicions were correct. Everytime I use the app for a safe and comfortable drive now the app either hands me out a 2 or 3. The highest I'll get is a 4! I mean the 'Pace' score system is SHOCKING. We live in Ireland a country with notoriously bad traffic infrastructure. How do you suppose I keep up with the speed of traffic AT ALL TIMES if there is traffic on front of my car ??? Ridiculous scoring for pace it should be reworked or wiped!!!

The app is completely temperamental, it doesn't record some journeys and gives me very high scores on everything except pace, even though I drive the speed limit. I'd literally have to break the law to get the score up

Asks for name email and phone number, which are all correct, but said Policy ID is wrong, it never asked for any ID. Please fix

This app is absolutely awful, it starts off giving decent scores but as soon as my 3 months were up I've been handed bad scores even though I've been driving safely! Another thing is it keeps deleting trips!! How am I supposed to meet the next few months requirements if yous keep deleting trips!?

Doesn't work most of the time, unable to record journeys. Have to reinstall every few weeks to try get it working again

It's used to be better than now. The main score is only jumping few numbers down on each few trips. App needs to be fixed!!

Policy was cancelled due to an error with drivesave, when I got the policy back & reinstalled the app, I am still locked to my old policy, unable to log out therefore meaning no trips which I have made have been recorded. This is an absolute joke.

If you drive anything above 45mph with it on it marks you a low score and i don't like the thought of being monitored so will not be continuing to use it when I renew next year also that it wastes your data and battery and takes to long too load the discount really isn't worth it

The recording seems to be working okay for me but my trips recorded total has stopped increasing, even though i've done around ten trips in the last few days, it's stopped at 120 trips, are they being recorded and this value just isn't changing or am I just wasting my time recording trips as they are not being saved correctly?

I'm having some issues my overall score atm is 79 and I have scored 5 on my last 10 trips and it hasn't changed my overall score which I don't understand why this is

Stops recording 2 minutes into any trip, even if you wake the screen and see an hour recorded. Very annoying

For the last three days it's saying that the trip was too short even though every trip was at least half an hour long

Wouldn't even let me log in not asking for a policy number then says policy number incorrect

Okay in cities and towns but not a realistic measurmemt for country roads

This app is cancer. I've been getting every single issue with this app the moment i downloaded it, I am a delivery driver and lost a lot of points due to the fact that you have to be going at least 30km to get the journey registered, I can't be going 30 in an estate or cul de sac, this problem needs to be fixed soon I suggest going to your local branch or contacting AXA, the sooner they are notified the sooner they can fix this problem

Wouldnt pick up the GPS at all to even being recording a journey. Axa said it was my phone that was broke even with Google Maps and similar working fine

Not bad but driving score is not accurate.. as it used to be

It's keeps saying couldn't map trip and I'm after doing at least 70 km today it's not fair I'll probably get a bad review over this

Good app for monitoring my driving as I just passed a few months ago and good to see what I'm good at and what can be improved :) no issues with the app at all.

The scoring seems fair enough, i rarely get a bad score but it takes the app too long to score the journey.. also would anybody know why it only records some of the journey and not all of it? Overall a good app

Says not in profile for all trips aren't updating even though I get a rating for each one.

Really good app makes you aware of your driving and overall worth it if your 1st time young driver cheaper on your insurance using this

Would be better with push notification keep forgetting about it
