The web interface has a clean, attractive appearance - the phone app, not so much. Both were slow/kludgy. I’ve used both and find myself wondering why on earth they would put this out without labeling it a beta? A few examples: I entered before/after meal glucose readings for 12:26 AM. When I print a report it lists on the chart/logbook as labeled 12:26 AM but showing under ‘6 pm – midnight’ on the report I’m supposed to be able to share with my doctor. The Android app uses military time (00:26) and the web app gives only the option of AM/PM - that may be where the error lies. Whatever the reason, if I entered the data and had a hard time following what happened when – I can’t count on the doctor’s staff being able to follow it. On my phone I selected the “Remember Me?” option. Consistently, the first time I press ‘Sign In’ I get various errors, I back up, try again, and it blanks out my login credentials and flips the “Remember Me?” switch to OFF. There is a slider bar meant to be used to enter your glucose readings. It looks nice – but I’d like to see the programmers manage to enter a specific three digit number within using a fingertip on a phone screen.

I've been utilizing multiple web enabled devices (scale, fitness watch, etc) to take control of my weight/diabetes. Ditto has been a great addition to my toolkit to give me an easy but comprehensive view into my glucose trends over weeks and months. I'm using the graphs and calender to monitor the effect of my eating and exercising on my glucose levels. I also travel quite a bit for work, and the small profile fits nicely into my glucose case.

I've been using the app and device for a few months now. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to writing in a log, so this is perfect for me. While I've been able to get away with years of not logging everything the way I should, I now find myself (like so many others) in a fight with my insurance company for a new/better pump and really require the documentation. Biomedtrics to the rescue! Now with a quick download to my phone, I've got it. I like the graphs for easy to read stats and the ability to add informati
