I think so far this is the most comprehensive app for monitoring CFS/ME activity and symptom levels. I like the fact the app asks you to check in regularly and you can set reminders for things such as preemptive rests. The water tracking feature isn't working for me and I can't find a feature that allows you to add notes such as " had shower but needed help" If you're at the 30% or lower you need to be able to monitor what and just how much help you're receiving- that way you know when things are improving
So far I am really impressed with it and with the website. Using it on Samsung Galaxy. A few little bugs but they are working them. I like the check in system for symptoms and meds. Using it with FitBit. So far so good...
This looked like it could have been very good. Downloaded the app then found that I had to sign up online first. Tried to do that then found that first I needed to purchase a subscription first and wait for a code. So many redirects.. so many t+c 's. I gave up because I don't have the concentration and ability to absorb and process all that as well as go through a payment system reliably. Could be good if you are well enough to cope with all that. Which I suspect many people with m.e arent

The best app i have found for tracking m.e/cfs. Helps a lot with pacing yourself. Glad to have it working again.
