Wave—Send Money to Africa

First time user and it disapoints me saying my card has been rejected i should call my bank. No chance of trying a different card even!!! I will go back to worldremit, been there for years and years......

The verification process and customer service is absolutely terrible. Two hours waiting for someone to pick up and nothing then I received a text from WAVE, guy named Carlos to tell me I can't use their service, use another. What in the hell? No explanation, no nothing. Wow.. UPDATE: emails from ceo and such but no replies back and when calling the contact number it makes me wait again for the longest then hangs up like usual. No contact at all.

Improve on this app because I have an old phone with poor camera ,so decided to take shots of my Id using some ones phones and stored them in my gallery ,the app can not access my gallery, it wants immediate shots of the Id..

I don't know why people are complaining about the customer service these people have by far the best customer services team. And their rates are very good even when they're lower than world remit there's no charge which makes it better. I hope they'll extend their services to sending airtime and collection services. Yes it's true the money is delivered in literally a minute. Great app

The app has refused to work since friday i contacted customer care and they told me it would be fixed 3 days later still not working. Extremely frustating

This app is primary design is to allow scammers to con americans into sending them money easyier and non trace able. So just think this question to yourself befor you download this app (am i about to be scammed ?). Cause mostlikey you are. Other than that the app works great .

The ID requirement is archaic. It still asks for an ID again to raise daily sending limits. It even asked for ID to send just £50! World Remit is better even if it's more expensive. Uninstalling wave!

This app advertises $999/day and $2999/month limit, in actual fact the imits are much lower, so don't fall for the lies. Nobody in customer service talks sense. I was told the reason for lower limit is as a new customer "we don't want you to lose money if you send to the wrong number!" Really??

It's a brilliant app and the money is received within no time. But would have been much better if you could send the money into a bank account as well

I like this app so far as I can send more EY directly to a phone in Kenya but can you make it possible to send to a PayBill number? That would make you get a 5 * from me!

I would have given more points but the fact that I waited 8 hours today for a response sucks. Other than that, the product is ok. Please ensure customer service is consistent for customer retention!

This didn't work for me don't why. Sent ID as they requested and nothing have to move on.
