I don't like this app at all... How do you tell me i cant get a loan due to elevated profile credit risk yet my details do match from my fb names to everything... I emailed you yet you didn't respond... I also contacted you through the numbers you provided but still you didn't do anything...

Av been using haraka but now thw ID number and Mobile number jn my account arent mine hencei cant get loan facility

Every time I submit my application, it tells me requesting OTP or new pin requested. I haven't got any assistance from you,

Why you Haraka people not communicating with me on what to do?

Most useless app ever. Cant process any loan. Tala is the best.

So far it is useless and customer services is very bad,they don't care at all.

It is a good app, though at times its slow

Useless app, you apply then it gives you a score, fine. After a quotation as you finish with the processes the loan is tied to a countdown so you wait. Countdown done, then you have to re apply. Done that, now ai have to wait for another count down, 3 days long. Custer service do not respond neither on mail nor phone. Get bucks indeed...makaratasi!

Useless. Who's the point of displaying the information that you don't have enough information about me yet I provided all details as asked. If you can't trust people that will indeed your service then don't create such apps

Quick response to queries, good job. Now i can access the app and loan. The worst thing is after waiting for 9hrs for disbursement they denied me the loan.. Terrible loan service.

I tried logging in to yo app but it does not give me an option to log in. I tried registering and it tells me client already exists, so i can never log in and i can never apply for anything. Please help

now 30min has turned to more than 30hours and no response from custormer service,if i aint qualified why is it hard to jus give me that information so that i withdraw and sort myself out other lyn that its ETA is 30min wch turns to shortly then days later,

Haraka I think you're fake people does it mean you don't see my messages on Facebook so you reply to others but mine you don't see?? whthe app keeps telling you did gather enough information from me what other information do you need apart from Mesa messages

I requested a loan yesterday night after repaying the previous one. In your statement it states that the loan was disbursed to my mpesa account. Up to now I can't see the money. Guys what's up?

I'm so frustrated. I installed this app over 5 weeks ago, I was denied a loan for about 2 - 3 weeks...finally, I qualified for 750shs. Applied, waited for disbursement but after about 12 hours of waiting I was denied the loan. Calling customer care, I was told the reason for denial was that my Facebook account was dormant...so I started using it frequently. 2 weeks later still not information can be gathered to give me a loan and worst of all customer care is not even picking my calls anymore. You guys really need to improve

Clients are not help instantly upon their request they make instead being ask ID no. & direct contact which you send but still can't be cared for at all...Very fun one week now my problem not yet solved...amount disbursed but not reflecting to my wallet no. one week now.

You apply for emergency loan it say eta 3day 5 hours or any other loan and it gives you lots of hour waiting approval and when those times are passed it five you nothing. So dissappointed. Wasted my 15hrs waiting for this app to crash.

When describing your working hours please spell as "Saturday" not "saterday". That i s unprofessional.

I paid my loan and still in the app,it indicates i still owe you. And then when i requested for a loan it took almost 5 hrs for it to reflect on my mpesa

Why are you not picking calls? I registered but you telling me that the information you collected isn't enough. What info do you want?
