Stick it! (Pop-up Player)

Works nearly flawless on my transformer pad tf 300. I only recommend on tablets however (quad core processors are a plus) No lag underneath screen and truly allows multitasking. Only problem is that When the pop up window is on the upper right corner of the tablet screen the window bar of the pop up screen (not the video itself luckily) goes behind the background. Other than that it's a perfectly polished app.

So far the background play for YouTube works great for both devices (Nexus 7 and Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300). Actually works a little better than the native player on SGS3 with pop-up play. Highly recommended especially if you want to run a YouTube playlist in the background.

Beautiful, simple, user interface. It won't allow me to save some vids directly within the pop up player from certain sites (like tumblr). But it still keeps them in the AVD app download list and I save them from there with no problem.

It's ridiculous. Only plays one song at a time. I paid for the premium version for nothing and just want my money credited back. Only thing good about it is that it plays in the background. Wont even play videos off my internal or external storage. Says permission denied. Disappointed.

This is definitely the best Pop-up Player for Android at the moment. Supports most video file formats and theme support a major bonus. The only thing that's missing is memory scan and thumbnail view.

Downloaded it because I was sick of not being able to listen to music on youtube while doing something else. This app does just what I wanted it to for a small price. Its as easy as going to youtube, touching the "Share" Icon and sharing it with "Stick it" I highly recommend it if you want to listen to music while browsing, playing games or socializing on Facebook or whatever. Im on the Nexus 7

Picked Overskreen came across this little gem. It is near perfect for me though the only problem I noticed was moving the window over area where widgets or pop ups are in place. Aside from that, moving the video forward and back is a bit of a chore. A slightly better implementation (on screen arrows perhaps?) to do this would be a great improvement

stickit + France24 = good. needs full screen no borders + Swype to change brightness, audio. double tap fullscreen. 5 when u add features like free players already do !

Was fine until recent update to Android 4.2. Now, the sound keeps going even after closing the window. Only way to kill it is to 'force stop' it in the Apps settings.

Sir pls fix it. Nothings happen if i click share and then stick it. Ill give you 5 star if fixed. I cant use it. My money get waste if not fix.

but...have emailed the dev; there's a problem between this app and the Vitamio app/library, which this app uses - Vitamio crashes on every video play; no response yet from either dev...will update...

Works great. But Flv format videos don't play well, (skipping, lagging, picture distortion) But so far that's my only issue Overall. I like :-D

Didn't know I needed this until I saw it! Now I can keep up with the dull maintenance chores while I'm being entertained (or sometimes educated). Thanks for the outstanding gift!

I experience glitches when the window is in the upper corners of the screen, the movie goes behind sth. With Z on top selected there are no glitches, but the performance is bad with youtube. In the middle ot the clip sound and picture slow down. Please fix it and you'll have my 5 stars

It has some minor graphical glitches but videos, including HD on my galaxy nexus, play smoothly. I have been looking for something like this for a long time

After switching to my new gs3 running jellybean. I have had issues with the app force closing and issues when making the video full screen in the mini browser. This is all when trying to share YouTube videos. It was a great app on my old phone but now its bugging out. Please fix.

Only now Beta so Youtube you can share and not run it first. Vids on device couldn't do better tried the rest, if and when upgrades added I hope YouTube will sign-in and app still will be small.

Very nice player but the tool bar glitches way to much. 99% of the time I can not even see the minimize, maximise, close buttons, or the timeline that shows on top. It glitches just like it does in the demo video when the guy opens 4 windows but I only have 1 window open on my Note 10.1... This bug took a 5 star app and made it crap. Hopefully it gets the update it so desperately needs. Until then I am filled with disappointment. Also fast forwarding and rewinding is not done like it is shown in the video, although there is a way to fast forward and rewind the demo video falsely advertises an incorrect method that does not work.

Please fix this app. Starts to open then fails. I purchased it in good faith Drippler said it was a good app.

Just bought this app to run YouTube in the background but what I got was a broken product that does not do what it suppose to do. Every time I try to run YouTube with StickIt it gives me a connection for which I do not have. I would advise not to buy this app.

I'm on the m8 HTC and for some reason it doesn't work with youtube. It worked before on my other HTC. When I try to share the video it comes up with an error.

All though the galaxy s3 has a pop up player the great thing about this app you get the best of both worlds. If you have a powerful device you can watch multiple video at the same time. You do have to pay not much don't complain about paying. Peace!

UPDATE DEFINITELY A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! FIRST & FOREMOST IT needs option to AUTOMATICALLY SNAP TO PHONE SCREEN EDGES so it will be LESS "JUMPY". A few glitches when it comes to flv files. Perhaps you can build the codec into the app so Vitamio doesn't have to be installed? Different playback speeds & zoom ability would be GREAT, users LOVE this feature but many apps lack it; will make your attractive. Would like option to use/adjust my own background theme and have access to more themes. Great job.

i love this app! i use it to watch videos while i read articles on pulse. very responsive and fast! i would like the ability to open embedded youtube videos in stickit, although i have no idea how feasible that is.

It's getting better! Since I made my original purchase but it still has trouble playing avi's yes they play but are grainy and distort when you tap to bring up search bar.

This app works, but it stopped word copy in several apps-Gmail, and the browser. The magnifier window opens, then freezes and will not allow selection modification, nor will it go away if you tap somewhere else. My specs: ASUS TF700T, 4.1 Android

Makes you wonder why such features don't come on our devices out of the box. I successfully played two videos side by side alongside doing regular work! Impressed to say the least! Money well spent. :)

This is a great pop up player on my nexus 7 and gnex but my gnote 2 has problems playing multiple YouTube vids. Havent tried loading anything on the note yet but I'm thinking it should do multiview just fine with vids already on the device.

I tried this app a while back on my Tab1,10.1 and it was very buggy. It is now working very well on that same tablet, with 4.04 and 4.1 on a Nexus7.Multi videos even works in Rezound with 4.03! None are rooted. Works as well as MX Player with the added ability to float and resize while it's playing.

Worked great on my Asus transformer tf101 but video lag on Nexus 7 makes it unusable. Please update for android 4.1

Finally i can multitask the right way on a tablet device. Being able to watch your movies, and browse the web just like on my laptop. LOVE IT

But does anyone know how to sign in on youtube coz i really wanna share my vids without having to go to the actual youtube app & i also can't type in the search bar on youtube =S Just minor things though, doesn't stop me from enjoying this great app ^_^

When i open the app, it shows me a file directory and I try to navigate to sdcard to get to my videos but im restricted with a "sdcard: Permission Denied"

Good app but doesn't allow one button click to maximize the entire screen to fill. Currently even after maximizing the notification bar still stays. Not a true full screen feature like the Galaxy S 3's pop up video player that full screens the video playing with a single easy click.

This app has been my go to for quite a while to view YouTube videos. I'm uninstalling because it won't run with the past few YouTube updates and hasn't been updated to resolve these issues. Email inquiry has gone unanswered.

Often doesn't stop properly. When that happens, and you want to watch something else, it decides it needs more codecs, ie vitamio. Obviously it doesn't, since ignoring that and force stopping stick it solves the problem. Devs need to fix this nasty bug.
