My Cocktail Bar

I was really enjoying the app until I saw that there is no pornstar martini. When I tried to make my own cocktail the message was that 'passoa' or 'passion fruit liqueur ' weren't valid names. Not impressed. Don't want the app anymore

Seriously? Trying to create a cocktail is so frustrating. You mean to tell me that it doesn't know what Fireball is? Moving on to a different app.

I love it that I can choose what I have in my cabinet on the app and then it tells me what cocktails I can make . BUT ... it's missing the alcohol MEZCAL. And that's a huge bummer . That drink is gaining popularity in California and all 9ver the states . There are amazing cocktails made with it . HOPE they add it in someday

comparable to other apps but clip art pictures suck. needs real pics. and my bar shelf is super picky on what you can make drinks with.

My eternal frustration has been recipe books and apps that assume you have a liquor store in your house. This is exactly what I was looking for!

#1 Feature, the ability to add my own recipes. This alone elevates this app above the others. -Things to work on- More provided recipes. Some recipes have errors, amounts in instructions to not match the ingredients. Please show attributions on recipes. Where did it come from? IBA? Savoy? Diffords? When adding a new recipe, allow me to add an ingredient without having to back out to do it. When adding a new ingredient, allow me to flag that I have it in inventory. Kind of annoying to have to find it in the list to check it. When adding new cocktails, allow me to specify substitutions for ingredients. The provided recipes do it, why can't I?

The best of the cocktail apps I've tried to date. The ingredients listing functions work really well, not only telling you what you could make with what you have now, but also what would only require you to get one or two ingredients. which is nice for expanding your choices. My only three, minor issues are: 1) you can't edit the included recipes, for example to add notes, slightly vary quantities ect. You can only copy them as a new custom recipe, and edit that. 2) Custom recipes don't seem to have a space to list the instructions, only the ingredients and description 3) Custom recipes don't allow you to list alternatives to ingredients. 2 & 3 are irritating because the app clearly has the capability to do those things, as the included recipes do both.

Just what I needed for figuring new recipes and creating shopping lists. Not exactly what I'd go after if I was a pro at mixed cocktails and wanted a memory bank though

This has become my go-to for cocktails, in large part because of recipes I've added. Good interface but many included recipes are wrong or ingredients have odd names (such as sugar syrup rather than simple syrup) which can't be corrected as far as I can tell. Finding all cocktails by ingredient is very helpful as is the ability to mark favorites.

Let's you manage your ingredients and gives a little detail to each ingredient and what it's used for. The recipes are very well done. Easy to follow and understand.

The app is user friendly and fun with one major problem which is the very poor choice of ingredients which severely reduces the usefulness of the app. Update the list or stop wasting everyone's time please.

Love your app! I also saw the pro version on Play, but could quite figure out what's the difference from this version? Are there any pro features which are unavailable in free version?

Easy and fun to use with just enough drinks to keep things creative but not so many that you become overwhelmed. I liked building my bar, creating a shopping list and searching for drinks by ingredient. I also enjoyed the little bits of history and information that went with some of the ingredients and cocktails. I tried a bunch of apps...this was the best.

Looks very good. However, I'm not interested at all in some of the default cocktails and I might use some alternative recipe for them. I'd love an option to edit or remove the default recipes

Still need time to really get into it but already its great. Cannot find some ingredients that I already have on my shelf but hope to work it out soon.

Amazingly intuitive app that started me into mixology. Everything you could want to start off although you may want to start googling if you start to exhaust the library of nearly 300 drinks.

Good for those who want to see what they like and how to make it. Save your favs, and make a grocery list feature, so you know what to pick up on your next run to the liquor store.

Fiiiinally, an app that really helps you out. My no.1 problem was trying to figure out how many things I could make w/ what I have and unlike Mixology & Drink Cocktails this app does it and even let's you customize recipes.

Could definitely use some more cocktails and variety of drinks. I wish it would come up with options other users have added!

Freezes, force closes, recommended drinks contain ingredients not in "my bar". Good concept, poor execution. 0/5 usability.

Fantastic app. Keep your bar shelve managed and the world of cocktails is in the palm of your hands. I am now on track on what my bar can offer without being a professional. I wished the fond size could be enlarged so I don't have to look for my cheaters to id the ounce info. Grouping it by categories like fruity, sour, spicy etc would be nice too. Regardlesd, love this app big time.

Makes me look like a genius because my friends don't think of helpful apps like this. This helps me find a use for the things on my spice rack that i don't know how they got there!

Very nice at what it does, which is make sense of a sparse liquor cabinet. Desperately wish it had a bigger inventory of drinks, adding your own recipes is a pain.

Great app but pretty limited standard ingredients list (had to manually add a LOT of the items in my bar). Also needs much better sharing features. Currently only allows sharing to FB. Need text, email, and ideally direct to app sharing. Will be 4-5 stars if these two items are fixed. UPDATE:. CHANGED RATING TO 1 STAR DUE TO INABILITY TO TRANSFER INGREDIENTS AND COCKTAILS BETWEEN DEVICES. GOT NEW PHONE AND CANT SEE ANY OF MY ADDED CONTENT ON THE NEW PHONE!

I love this application! Is it perfect? No. As the authors have described, it doesn't contain 9000 recipes (and 18,000? Ingredients?), but it does a smashing job of helping you make the most of what you have in your bar in a simple and elegant way. I bought a $14.95 book on bar tending that was absolutely useless because it did not focus on the ingredients. Pages and pages of recipes sorted alphabetically by name. That's great but what can I make with what I have? Love this ap.

I really like the look and feel and usability of this app. Lots of great features. However, I tried a bunch of the recipes this weekend at a partyand I am sad to say we were all pretty disappointed by the taste of all the drinks we tried. Would also be nice if there were a share feature so you could have a quick menu of available drinks at a party.

knowing not only what you can make and what youre missing to make that drink youre craving... phenomenon. also little bits of advice like dropping in 151 into a hurricane if you need more of a kick to it. info is good on an easy to use app.

It's the best cocktail/drink app in store right now. You can list based on ingredients you have. You can create shopping list for the ingredients you don't have and you can clone a recipe and change it your own way. Could it be more awesome?!

Does what it should, and does it well. Some of the recipes are wrong, but you can make copies and change. Wish I could delete things I hate. Also missing some core ingredient (like Fernet) but you can add them.

I want to find new recipes I haven't tried before but the recipes here seem limited. I get they're filtering to select only popular cocktails but I think there should be an option to open up to a wider range of recipes. It's not clear if the pro version does that. Otherwise a good clean useable UI

Not only does the app have a tremendous amount of cocktails included you can add your own cocktails and ingredients so completely functional for the experimental bartender helps you remember what you like and what you don't like even has a shopping list feature If you like to mix drinks this apps for you

Simple. Expandable. Supports alterations/substitutions. Builds shopping lists. Honestly, this is exactly what I was looking for in my home bar and for free to boot. If this holds up (I only just got it and played around a bit), I'll have no regrets upgrading to full version to support the makers. 5 stars easily. (Seriously though, I am hardly ever impressed enough by an app to leave a review. You guys did a good job with this one.)

I just installed the app and so far I love it! I do not have a fully stocked bar by any means (3 random kinds of alcohol and half a bottle of red) and I'm able to make 8 cocktails. The only reason that it doesn't rate a perfect 5 is only due to a lack of other drink options. I have the ingredients for hot buttered rum which is not listed, eggnog, and a few coffee inspired cocktails.

Love this app. The ingredients and my bar lists are great. Shows you exactly what you can make with what you have which is awesome. Although the use of the word "drank" should be corrected since drank isnt actualy a word. Drunk is the past tense of the word drink.

Tried 5 cocktail recipe apps and this is, by far, the best. Very easy & intuitive to add new ingredients and your specific cocktail recipes to app so 250+ recipes originally contained in app is perfect number to start with. Has extremely efficent way of movimg between ingredient/s and the drinks in the database that contain the ingredient. Recipes are clearly presented and accurate. Can use app without mobile data on. Just a pleasure to use.

I'm having a lot of fun using this app. I love that I can easily manage my bar and choose drinks to make at a glance. The informative tidbits about each ingredient and cocktail is also a nice touch! Plus I can see at a glance what ingredients I'm missing for which cocktails and add those to a shopping list. Easy to use & comprehensive, definitely recommend!

This application is deceivingly simple in appearance. However you will quickly find that it will help maintain your home bar quickly and easily. I have been using it for about a month and still fine neat things. With a few additions in the future this would easily outdo any other application of its kind. Developers, keep up the good work.

Add your ingredients and away you go, no need for books or menus! Some fabulous cocktails I had never considered on this app.

Exactly what i was seeking. Tells me what I can make with what I have, and what I need to make things I can't quite make. Good use of some material design too.
