Crashes all the time, always under maintenance, slow.

Use to work fine until I upgraded to android N. Now it force closes anytime you open the app.....

Love the app but lately it crashes almost every time I try to use it

This is app is huge. Connect to WiFi if you're downloading this app. It is a huge file. Then it has to download more files when you download. Yikes! Works fine but wow. Too big of an app

I have to force stop before I log in to use mobile deposit every single time, otherwise it won't let me navigate to that page. Once I do that it always works.

Step up that dev game and have it ready before everyone updates their phones in month or so.

Crashes when loading. Android 7.0 tried multiple devices.

Ive had no problems with this app in the past or present. Best banking app ever!

Needs to be updated to work with Android 7.0

Almost every time I've logged in over the past few weeks (since the maintenance update) the app crashes when I try to go to my accounts. Occasionally I get far enough to see a balance but that's it.

This app would be great if it didn't take forever just to get to log in screen! Why does it have to download junk every single time I log in? Never had any other banking apps do that! Fix that and I'll give it 5 stars. That's so annoying!

Ever since new update I have to wait minutes to load. It is extremely annoying. Why fix things that weren't broke!still junk 2017 this app still terrible, freezes all the time can't upload checks

Used to work fine. Now the app spins for 2+ minutes before the login screen pops up. Terrible

I can't seem to get the mobile deposit to work anymore.

It takes way too long to load just to login! WAY TO SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before update, was good.now it takes forever to load! Not happy!!

We live far from town so is was great to be able to deposit checks without having to make a trip in. The check deposit feature is no longer working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

Plus it won't let me pay my bills anymore. It keeps telling me that there was a problem processing payment - error 500? Please fix.

Slow and freezing

It has great ease of use when it works but I have recently had to uninstall & reinstall due to it not working properly. I click on it, and it will start to pull up only to immediately close & have a pop up staying FoxCu has stopped working. But I can easily transfer between accts & check balances. Scroll through each accounts activity when it is working. Its a lot easier than trying to use full browser

When I started using this app, it was super helpful and convenient but for the past month or so it hasn't allowed me to access my account. It crashes before it even reaches the login screen. Please fix.

Ive been having a problem with this app crashing for a month or 3 now. Changed my password & no more problems. Kinda dumb but whatever I guess

The app is fine to do transfers and check balances but the check deposit part of it hardly ever works. That's the ONLY reason I got the app. The rest can be done on your mobile browser without the app. This really should be fixed because it's the only real useful part of the app if it would work.

I can hardly get past the login part before it crashes and then I do and click on my account it crashes there. I am very upset about this when there is times I actually need to get on there i can't. Fix this problem please!!!

Ever since new update it stops working in the middle of logging in and when I am in the account. Please fix this!

For the past couple weeks before they did the maintenance update my phone keeps crashing. It is very aggravating. I put my name in it crashes, next time I put my password in and answer it crashes, the next time I click what I want to do it crashes.....I am getting very fed up with the app. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have had this app close to when they first created it and have never had these issues

The one function I want, deposit checks, does not work, total waste of my time.

Keeps closing out before logging in. Can sometimes get to home page, but when I click on account it closes out

Continues say cant access from this devise when i try to set up account. I have lg stylo and an account with FCCU. This blows. Hows a guy supposed to manage his money

Works great. I have never had a problem. Can do everything I need to without a problem. The app works quickly and reliably!
