Plain and simple, absolutely sucks

It's been 2 weeks now and I'm unable to log in. It keeps giving me the same security question which I'm answering correctly the it says it's an error. My husband can log in on his phone just fine. It's extremely frustrating to not have reliable online banking this late in the world of technology.

The app it's outdated and doesn't fiction properly when we need it to be. It's a poor design and always has problems logging in or trying to get your transactions. Please redesign the whole UI and make it adult friendly, as well, easy to navigate. Because this is the worse bank app I ever used.

Was working fine but as of 2 weeks cannot log in. Should not take that long to fix. Good thing I have another checking account as my primary because this error would normally cause me to close the account for good.

Kicks me off. I have to Uninstall then reinstall to get it to just let me on. I still an not able to transfer money from act to act. Definately needs work.

Log in issues.. not satisified

It kicks me off the app and crashes literally anytime I try to make an account for the deposit portion. Nothing works but the actual part where you check your account and even that doesn't always work. Needs a LOT of work.

I have to do more then expected to log in. The transaction history doesnt show purchases. Only payments. Someone else needs to be in charge. This app is horribly thought out. Please make major improvements. I am considering changing banks.

Had it up and running. Would only let me in once, then wouldn't recognize me and locked me out. Password reset twice didn't help. Removed my account and signed up again. Same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it won't open at all. Worthless. Samsung S4 active.

Uninstalled... did not like at all. It won't even let me read the terms and conditions page.. Needs a lot of work.

Waste of time. Needs fixing, can't use this app at all.

I have been trying to download the app with no success. Very frustrating..
