We added a property alert feature that lets you save locations, including filters such as rent price, number of bedrooms, and pet accommodations. When we find new properties in your alert locations matching your desired filters, we'll notify you through the app. Finding your new apartment just got a little easier.

I love being able to see apartments in my search radius on the map. It made my search in austin a breeze, not sure why more apps don't do this.

This is a must have for anyone looking for a new place to live, or even just considering a move. This app gets listings from many different websites, so it saves me time. You can get an average price for n-bedrooms in your area, to check that you are getting a good deal. You can also compare average prices in your town to nearby towns. My favorite feature is the map view, because it shows location, price, and number of bedrooms all very clearly. Super useful!
