About MyAgent Call Journal Pro
DON'T THINK OF IT AS AN APP .. THINK OF IT AS A BETTER PHONE
Call Journal organizes your sales calls so you always know when it's time to get in touch with your clients, prospects, and colleagues. See who's at the top of your list for the day, call them directly from the app, and then track your results.
When do you need to call Jane back?
Did you get an appointment with the Smiths?
Call Journal will track that for you, so you know when to call next, and how your last call ended.
IT KEEPS STATS TOO!
"What gets measured gets improved" - Robin Sharma
You can create sales goals for yourself, and Call Journal will tell you that you made 200 sales calls last week - from those 200 calls, you got 5 appointments. Now you have a ratio. Use it to forecast your business, allocate your efforts, and of course... improve on it!
VOICENOTES TECHNOLOGY: LESS TYPING WITH YOUR THUMBS IS SOMETHING TO STRIVE FOR
Capture the action items from your call by leaving yourself a Voicenote that associates itself with the contact you were just speaking with.
You can email the Voicenote or even send it to Evernote!
MADE BY A REAL ESTATE AGENT, FOR A REAL ESTATE AGENT
I'm not a programmer. I'm a real estate agent like you... who just happens to have an engineering background, and a vision.
I started making Call Journal because I wanted one for my own real estate business. I wanted something without sign-ins and learning curves - something that integrates with you, rather than the other way around.

Full disclosure - I designed this thing, but it's important to know that I made it for my own RE business. You just get to benefit from it at less than a thousandth of the cost. There wasn't anything out there to simplify the sales call component of contact management (though people tried). CRMs are overstuffed with distracting things, and I wanted something that just helped me list my calls for the day, track them, follow up with them, and compare my results with my own sales goals. Check, check, check and check. If I sell NONE of these, it'll still be worth it because I'll make my own development costs back in one or two closings - closings I might not have had if Call Journal hadn't been there to keep my sales calls movin' and groovin'. Plus, the owner's a heck of a guy, willing to listen to user suggestions.
