MyADT: ADT Customer Service

Won't accept two different VALID email addresses. Can't register because it won't believe my email address is valid. Used a Gmail and my isp email address. Both valid formats and both active. You'd think they'd fix an error that happens to so many people. It sure don't give me much confidence in ADT!

I have always used this from Play Store it does not work on my phone I have a huge problem trying to insert information and not only that when I called customer service they said it doesn't work on the app which of course they don't know what they're talking about but it does work on my tablet I was on the phone with them today for about a hour got hung up on talk to the tech they don't know what they're talking about so I uninstalled it. I saved it on my tablet under quick access it works

Won't sign in from app but works fine on pc. Message says an unexpected error happened please try again later. Please fix just got my system and this is making me feel a little nervous about there systems.

This app sucks. If I could give it a zero I would. Everytime I try to do something with it it says unexpected error occurred. Then it says unfortunately MyADT has stopped. You think they would want to stay on top of stuff like this.

All was going well and over the past 2 or 3 days it keeps telling me error when I login but I can go to the actual site and login no problem

I tried to update emergency contact info and contact email but was unsuccessful several times even after deleting cache and cookies and using two different browsers .. Frustrated, sent a msg to ADT. Decided to try the app even though so many people were giving bad ratings.... Low and behold, it worked perfectly for me.. Let me also add that initially I had downloaded the incorrect ADT app but after downloading the correct one I had no trouble at all. Galaxy Note5

This app is horrible. It does not recognize passwords or your email. You can literally reset and it tells you that it is incorrect. This is a consistent problem.

When I try to log in it says my log in information is wrong....and it isn't... the app does not work properly. Not even worth downloading.

Won't even let me login in. I've checked my login and password on a desktop computer, worked just fine. App is worthless.

Not able to make payments. It force closes when I hit confirm. Nexus 6P stock software on 7.1.1

Try to pay my bills doesn't even say I have a bill due and it keeps saying error every time I click on anything.

Like everyone else, can't login. Error says to try again later, but same issue all the time. I agree, either fix it or remove it from the app store.

I can login thru the website but cannot with the app. I register then it tells me I am already registered. When I click forgot password it can't found my email. USELESS!

I shouldn't be sent an unexpected error occurred every time I log in. I can't even go to your mobile website because it's a piece of crap visually. I have to guess which button is the log in there.

Each time you attempt to sign in it says password is invalid and to reset. I'm tired of changing my password.

I can't log in using the app, and after skimming the reviews for the past month, this seems to be a persistent bug. Must be a major problem. Their pulse app works though, so we got that I guess.

Customer Service Representatives did an outstanding job assisting me with the initial setup of my Cell phone and Tablet App, but shortly thereafter these applications stopped working. I, then, logged onto "My ADT" website from my PC with absolutely no problems, which confirmed that the My ADT "IT Staff" needs to get busy and fix the My ADT Cell Phone and Tablets Applications. No offense intended.

Been using it for 2 years. Now can't login and doesn't accept Gmail address. Called adt and was told that this was not necessary and that they did not have techs to fix one complaint. They need to read this. There are thousands having the same problem. Maybe we need to go to a company that does care.

Made payment in app showed conformation number as a transaction been 6 days not paid or drawn from Bank adt blames bank bank shows nothing pending ..right hand don't know left hand doing

First time use, no problem. Let's see how this goes from here. This far, all is well.

It says that it doesn't recognize my username or password but I can log in with no problem on my pc with the same user name and password. Please fix this.

Login /registration doesn't work. Like I don't know my own phone#.

I can't log in says there is a error and to try again later. It still doesn't work.

Keeps saying "unexpected error"..... the only unexpected error is that I can't log in even I want to. Used to work but now it doesn't so it's useless and wasting my space

Just like everyone else here I can't login. My creds work fine on the site but not on the app. ADT isn't even pretending to care, apparently.

The way to pay on here is not very clear. It looks like it's set up for autopay and will not give you confirmation when you pay. They need to make it simple and user friendly like every other app

Great always works don't have a problem I don't know what happened before maybe they had to upgrade it but now it's fine

Have been using the app for a long time. Now, it won't allow me to login. Just says unexpected error, try again later. I have been trying for 2 days. Even uninstalled the app... Restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. I'm having to go to the website to see my alarm activity for my business. Glad I'm cancelling this service as of Nov 1st. We've not had the best service from ADT in 5.5 years. Sorry, but I think they are too big for our britches.

Downloaded the app. Seems to work ok. Allows you to check activity on the alarm. Works ok but nothing fancy.

Had this app on my old phone for two years. Got a new phone and downloaded app again and does not work like everybody else is saying. Keeps saying Error when trying to login to account. Deleted App. Contacted ADT, said was trying to fix for Android users. Weeks later down loaded again and finally fixed.

Error message comes up try later. But once you try later same problem. Fix the app or remove it. Not worth being on app store.

Works pretty good but lacks functionality. Should have the ability to check alarm status and turn it on if its off. That alone would make this app worth taking up space on my phone.
