It won't let me sign in. Needs to be fixed!

The webpage is better. Unlike most apps it is just missing too much to use it as a replacement

The main reason I logged in was to see a 401k loan balance. This app only shows the general balance of the 401k...It can't go any deeper or provide any useful information such as loan maturity date.

The developer of this app should be fired! There is no excuse for this app to work so poorly. Works once then refuses to work again. Can't log in and yes I have the proper login credentials. Fix this or lose a client AXA!

Not able to show my account values.

It says it is installed but I can't locate it.

App doesn't work at all, can't log in. The problem is not fixed!

Had this app on my iPhone 5 and it was great for checking my policies. The Android version simply does not work. I can't even login from my Galaxy S5. Please fix the app.

App not working, won't login. I had to use computer to get into my account. Fix app otherwise it just taking up space on my phone and a waste

After logging in, I click on my account and it always days the page can't load because of an Internet connection. Every other app is working except for this one and it's frustrating.

Not the most user friendly interface, but the app does what its supposed to do.

Just updated. Big mistake. Can only get yesterday's balance then crashes. Horrible

it is installing on my old phone which I don;t have. tried to change to my current phone but it wouldn't work.

Can not manipulate my shares. What's the point of this so. Useless.

Tried to login, waited for a while, then the screen showed up followed immediately by an error message. Click OK on message and app just closed.

All it gives you is a balance and link tp non mobile site

Takes you to a Web page type interface, and it's functionally is non-existant. We overpay this company and discount brokerages have excellent apps. They obviously don't have their customers in mind. So much for the 800 lb gorilla in the room. It must be stuffed!
