like so many others have been stating the app used to at least work but now it doesn't anymore when they fix the bugs to where it works once again I'll change my rating and start to use it again till then I'm uninstalling it

DON'T INSTALL, WASTE OF TIME. They say to create the damn my6 account for special deals but they don't actually offer them. It's just BS lying marketting schemes so they get ap subscriptions.

App used to work. Latest revision crashes upon startup. Something about connectivity.

As others have reported -- app won't start -- message about my phone's connectivity. Uninstalled / reinstalled -- same thing

Used to work but hasn't worked for a long time. They must be too busy ratting people out to the feds.

Still displays connectivity pp problems as noted by other users more than a week ago.

App loads but then hangs with an error regarding connectivity.

Never again Don not waste your time. Removed

It's great when ur out on the road and decide to spend a night away from home. It shows you where nearest motel is to you. I love it

Motel is okay the app no one not even the owners of motel 6 know that there is a credit card holding of 200. Dollars. Not a big deal just tell us .so we can balance our banking. No more business for motel 6 I'm done with them.you use this know they will hold 200.00 on top of the bill and they process it 1 week or nine days they are too slow. Even debit has a 200.00 holding. . Everyone trust me use Priceline it's straight foward

I have been using app for almost a year now, and love(d) it, but the past two weeks it has not been working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and each time I try to open it, it says "Unfortunately My6 has stopped" ... I book every week somewhere with M6 and last time I had to call and ask a supervisor to book me through app rate. What's wrong with your app guys?

Uninstalled and reinstalled app version 1.3.0 installed. STILL NO DISCOUNT. What is the point of a rewards program if you do give even a 10% discount? We have dogs and were loyal customers, not anymore.

No no room refrigerator or microwave and if I step to get only coffee I will be locked out iam in weelchair I have to go back to front disk with my hot coffee spill on me to get the key active and iam pay for hall week is really not happy with poor service

App hasn't been loading on my phone for over a week now. Main website hasn't been loading either. Sucks when I got reservations I wanna check and no computer at home.

Used to work well and i loved it. I've booked several times through app. Doesn't work now and no one seems to care. When i called to inquire about the app not working, i was told i could just call the 800 # to make reservations. Reading all the problems being reported here, i guess this app is now trash. That's too bad Motel 6

Just downloaded an update to My6 today 10/14/17. Thought this was the update that they would fix this broken app. It has been crashing on opening since a previous update. Nope. Same old broken app. Right after the opening screen with the M6 logo comes a pop up stating "Hmm- let's try to fix this. Please check your device's connectivity, nd make sure you are on the latest version of the app, then try again by restarting My6."Uninstall/reinstall, clear cache and data, and contacting support....nothing works. Wish all those app creators and code writers would stop blaming their brokenness on our devices.

Update:. The app has stopped giving me the My6 discount even though it's selected. Since I'm a senior, I select that rate and I get the discount. First, I love the fact that I get a decent discount when I use the app. However there is one ongoing problem and one that's a bit scary. When I make a reservation I can't put a comment or smoking preference. I have to call reservations every time to update my preference. The one that scares me is that a couple of times the app gave me one price with a confirmation and when I checked in at the motel my room price was higher than the confirmed rate.

The app makes booking extremely easy. As far as the hotel chain, I love the newly remodeled room at the ones I have stayed at however it is one of the only big name Motels/Hotels that does not have any sort of rewards program. After spending thousands of $s there I feel I deserve at least one free night.

Work okay most of the time but sometimes when you need to change your reservation day overlaps and does not do anything and then you have to reset the application and then it will be fine

successful download, but after that nothing, it keeps saying not connected to wifi try again. tried over and over from 2 cell phones, no luck, can't rate, uninstalling now

Motel 6 is a great place home away from home the staff is very professional and will get just about anything you need very helpful wifi free kids are free my husband n kids love this place always will come back a great place
