Why do you need app if most of its functions are just redirected to Web?? wanted to monitor data usage - useless. Three sucks and overpriced. Being a diamond member for 5 years gives no privileges you can use. I'm switching the operator!

賬單管理頁連線失敗，但 iphone 版冇問題。

Very informative. Data is up-to-date. One reason to stay with 3hk.

This is completely rubbish app. Takes forever to log on. Quicker if I just use the browser. So what is the point of using the app

The chat page is a great idea and so much easier than calling CS, but it's hard to read the chat when typing. There are UI problems like this that extend throughout the app and I hope you can fix it and implement a Holo UI that resizes better and allows for rotation. As a mobile network you should have better and more professional app and web UI. I also wish widgets would update over WiFi

Chat directly with customer service! solved my problem easily without the problem of calling over phone.

I haven't been able to log on to my account through the app because it does not allow letters to be typed in, just numbers. This is useless so please fix this.
