You can't customise notifications for waste collection. I'm a shift worker and it notifies me at 6pm about the morning collection... that's too late because I'm already on my way to work, and by the time I'm home in the morning I've missed the collection.

Who ever updated this app rendered it usless. Tells you your address and council area which you cofirm then it tells you cannot determine council area. Used to work fine uninstalling and reinstall dose not fix it A waist of time and effort

The waste notifications are wrong - but the app waste page is correct. Are there two data sets in use?

Installed to report bin, cant report bin due to app not accepting my email. Is this a joke?

Notifications do nothing! I've been MANUALLY ADDING Reminders to Google for months! Pointless app.

On android its showing wrong dates for green waste pick up but iphone is fine.

Very handy little app. Nice to see the developers are responsive to user feedback and issue updates.

Nice to receive the reminder of which bins to put out.

Useful app when it works. Had to reinstall post upgrade.

Love it, easy to use

I was stuck trying to figure out if my cleanup area was in the south or north area as my address is right on the line.

Works fine, all I use it for though is the bin collection dates

Great little app to have. Simple, easy, user friendly. Love being able to check when & which bins go out & it's accurate! Lists the waste stations. Gives the ability to report any issues or problems in my council area of SA 5051.

Didn't even register my address!! What a waste of my time...I'm using Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 Android smartphone and should be able to get this app, GPS feature didn't even register the address either!! DO SOMETHING or I will delete this worthless app!!

Tried to use Report It function, only to discover how difficult it was to enter an email address then discovered that it used email to send the report and no reference number was given, only a reply email with boilerplate text embedded in a graphic and also in the email an attachment that my Samsung Galaxy J1 couldn't open.

Helps knowing when to put bins out and warning for fireworks for dogs

If you are getting wrong waste collection dates try going to settings and re entering your location. Worked for me.

Very handy little app. Unfortunately, it didn't let me preview the location it had selected thus was a few kilometres out, luckily I had included in my report the required info so it didn't matter quite so much.

But now, the waste collection section is wrong. Both the notification and web site are correct, but the waste page in the app is not.

The waste pick up dates are WRONG. Twice now I have put the green bin out when the app has reminded me to and both time it was not picked up. Have used location and have entered address. No point in having the function if it is not accurate!

Use the event list and report it functions on a regular basis. Keep the improvements and options coming.
