Kids Lock (plugin)

Nothing about the game but I am so annoyed that when I downloaded it it didn't pop up o. The screen. I'm so sorry but I'm righting this comment and guess what I'm 7 years old so treat me well

Thi app is working fine but home and recent app button minimise the screen even in kid lock mode. I am using Lenovo k4 note mobile with Android 6.0 version. Please fix the problem.

My 2- & 4-y.o. love playing with my phone to watch short videos and clips. MX Player is absolutely brilliant, but this plug-in locks only the video being watched, so the kids can't switch to another clip...which is not useful for our family. I'd love it if this plug-in could lock: (1) which videos the kids can watch (i.e., the parents can set a 'safe' list), and (2) not allow children to accidentally delete videos/folders.

Everything is soo good ????. But i fase a problem. Some times fingar print senser work on this lock.

Been waiting for this plugin for a long time. No more interruption during videos when my child accidently touches the screen.

But the problem of minimizing every videos by pressing the home key/button even in locking mode. So please resolve this problem and it will become AWESOME

Greatly done by J2 Interactive. Thumbs up. I seriously needed to stop home button from minimizing the player while in lock mode and the plugin done it very nicely on my Galaxy Core. Now I can hand over my phone to my son for watching "Tom & Jerry" :)

Oh, this is an awesome app for kids, but guess what - it is useful for anyone who can't grab that slippery 2mm edge and happens to hit their ginormous screen before their phone hits the floor. Make this plug in work for more apps, please! I command thee!

3 stars simply because the Home button can still be pressed, and dummy me didn't figure out how to activate the feature in the settings menu in the first place (almost uninstalled it). For those who have the same trouble, the developer should put it in the app description. So if you're wondering, get to the app's menu (sometimes the vertical dot dot dot) and select Display / Settings / Controls.

Works very good. But the major bug is; when the phones screen automatically locks, u cannot unlock it as this app takes over the touch screen. Same with answering a call, u cannot slide to unlock. The app freezes so u have to HARD REBOOT phone

My one year old loves watching music videos on my tablet but keeps unlocking it and making it louder and changing the video. Now touching the screen entertains him as well. Once he saw it he knew something was up and stopped touching the screen.

My 10 month old son loves watching his music videos, and now he can play with the screen while it's locked. He loves it! I found this feature by accident, too.

Finally, I can stop my 18 month old from exiting the video player and messing with my phone settings. Would be better if you could disable the buttons on the side of the phone that control the volume and lock screen

This is like the excellent toddler lock application, but making it a plugging which overlays on videos was a great idea! It was too easy for my son to accidentally turn off the normal lock. This plutonium works a treat :-) Thanks so much for creating it!

I like this app and used it on all of my phones, but it stopped working ever since I got the Note 4. Hope the developers fix it. My son can exit out of the app pretty easily. I've never had an issue on all of my other Android devices. I would rate it 5 stars if this changes.

Video gets Interrupted by incoming call or notices of battery life, video does not resume automatically I have to unlock every time to resume, if driving I need pull over . HTC 4G INSPIRE

My son love the shapes and sounds. But it does not locks the home, back and menu buttons of my lenovo vibe shot. On my samsung S3, no problem.

I couldn't unlock and I couldn't power down without doing a hard reset. Complete crap. Try testing your software on showcase phones.

Best app find in a long time. Now I can play kids movie lock it and hand my phone to kids for long car rides etc and not have to keep fixing movie because they backed out of it somehow.

Worked perfectly on my M8 but on my Droid Turbo my kid can press the recent apps hardware button and then it locks her there.

I have a two yr old that is very clever, but this plug-in has slowed him down if he gt in my phone after this great plug-in, then im puting him in advanced classes. Great job.

I am using this add-on for more than 2-3 months. It is a great add-on. It blocks entire screen, but it does not block home (touch) button or sim switch. I am using LG L90. If you could provide this enhancement; it will be great. My year and half year old niece have learned to use home button to stop activity running on screen. Many Thanks.

Anyone with a Toddler will understand the frustration (mine & hers), when she constantly presses the home button every 20 seconds while watching videos. This solves this perfectly and implements an important feature that should have been in Android Kids Mode from the start.

When the first im using it, I was so amazed and until now it was increadible one!

My 2 year angel unknowingly presses home, menu or back buttons when she holds my phone in her tiny hands. This leads to interruptions and she asks me for playing her favorite videos again and again. Tried this utility thinking this might lock these default buttons as well, but in vain. Is there somehow I can disable these buttons so she can enjoy uninterrupted video in MX Player? I use HTC Desire 210 (dual sim) and a Samsung Galaxy S4 handsets. Pls help.

I have 2 kids age 4 and 1.8. This is a must have for when I put on a movie on my Note 3 and hand it to one of them. The little one doesn't even watch the movie. He just presses the screen to see the animation icons pop up and the sounds are fun for him (the movie keeps playing, of course, as that is the great design of this add on). My 4 year old doesn't touch the screen anymore (she used to) and just enjoys the flick but if she accidentally does touch the screen the movie keeps playing! Awesome! 5 stars

Kids lock not functioning after the recent update. Can't unlock by pressing the four corners, please fix it otherwise its five five stars.

Hi rather than have a big unlock button come up when you press the screen that curious fingers will press. Can you change to a complicated sequence that you can't see i.e. press opposite corners or swipe a big o or w or press all 4 corners in order. Its just that having a big button appear when ever my daughter presses the screen just makes her press the button and makes the lock redundant. Cheers
